Hotel Review: Outstanding Hospitality and Thoughtful Gestures Our stay at this property was truly exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff and their dedication to making guests feel special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that made our trip unforgettable. I was initially skeptical about my trip to France, as I had heard that people could be rude, but throughout my entire journey, I encountered nothing but exceptional hospitality and love—and this property was a shining example of that. I had requested an upgrade or a room with a good view in advance since it was a special occasion for us, and the property delivered beyond expectations. The spacious room with a breathtaking view was perfect, and the upgrade made our stay all the more memorable. A special mention goes to the lovely girl at the reception, whose kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. She made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay and even surprised me with a gift during checkout—a sweet and heartfelt gesture that I will always remember. Her genuine hospitality is a rare find and made our trip extra special. The property’s attention to detail, combined with its stunning accommodations and exceptional service, made it hard to leave. I deeply regret not staying longer and cannot wait to return. This is a place I would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a comfortable, welcoming, and truly memorable experience.

The hotel left the most pleasant impressions! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy with daily housekeeping. The location was excellent - everything you need is within walking distance. I recommend it!

The location of the room on the first floor meant some noise from the metro and the street. For those who value peace and quiet, it might be worth considering rooms on higher floors. However, we adapted to it quite quickly. Breakfast was nice! The food was so tasty and filling. But I wish there were more veggies to choose from. It would make it even healthier.

Everything was great , comfy bed , good coffee machine , Nice to see a Grohe shower (thumbs up) . No english TV channels and the toilet was a little bit noisy - these are just observations , not complaints . We had a great room with two balconies . We were upgraded for our anniversary which was lovely . Thank You x Quaint breakfast room which was build to replicate the metro . Very central to restaurants and between two metro stations . Please note that some of the bars and cafes close for the weekend ! Lovely way to spend an anniversary trip to Paris . I would love to know this history of this hotel , the staircase is incredible

First time in Paris,beautiful,it was what I expected,one of the capital’s of the world.But it was a little bit cold for me and my family ,maybe because we come from Greece and we are not used to it.About the Hotel Park lane ,amazing,very clean,organized,perfect location!About the staff?? What else you need part from a smile,always there for you any time (especially Alicia at the reception,,,,from the first moment,she is there for you).Also Aliou ,also reception,talking about basketball (I’m Greek so I love my bball ) almost the hole nights we stay !Any information about anything that is going on in Paris ,they are there for you.Wish I could speak more with Abdel but out times were different,and also thanks to the geltelment that his grandfather is from Thessaloniki,,I recommend it to all ,(Single-couples-family ) Thank you from family Toulantas ,Greece 27/12/2024-31/12/2024 ,HAPPY NEW YEAR

The room was well equipped, there were dressing gowns slippers in the room . We stayed on the deluxe room top room with city views. Also was a door to the balcony accessible from the toilet. There was a bath and toiletries which smell amazing. Bed very comfortable,we couldn’t hear any noise from the outside , we slept like babies!! A fridge with drinks optional to purchase. Location was great . Approximate 1h30 from CDG airport by train accessible from the metro which is 3 min distance from the hotel . The hotel left a nice note and some sweets as was my boyfriend birthday!. They kept our bags in a safe room free of charge as we arrived before the check-ing at 1500hrs. Weill definitely recommended the hotel park lane .

Breakfast in the "metro tunnel" room was nice. The staff was kind and personable. I liked it. The front desk staff likewise was helpful, professional but personable. Shut out to AnaKan'na. Location wasn't near any tourist area but was very accessible to the metro, buses, and Gare de Nord. The room was clean, quiet and easy to access - no long corridors - just steps to the lift.

The hotel has an ideal location being very close to the main department stores, Opera Garniers, lots of restaurants and bars. It is 30 min walk distance from Louvre and other landmarks. Pret-a-Manger is just next door that was a big advantage when you needed a quick breakfast.

The room temperature was quite low (I stayed in early April) but the manager solved the problem by providing a heater. All the rest was just fine.

We had been at Disney Paris however due to flight cancellation we weren’t due to fly until first thing the next morning. The room was lovely and the view was great. The bed was so comfortable we nearly missed our flight home! I shared a double with my 14 year old daughter and it didn’t feel cramped and we both had an amazing sleep. I’ve never stayed in a hotel overseas that isn’t part of a package deal of some sort and I’m so glad we did what an amazing little gem! We were greeted at reception and allocated room 404 which gave a fab view. We were advised on breakfast, and that we had a mini bar and coffee machine (a free bottle of water, rest chargable) and on going up to the fourth floor we encountered a member of staff who took our luggage to our room and insisted (he was lovely and I’m sad I didn’t get his name!) before unlocking the door using the key for us. This was a very nice little touch that caught us off guard but made us feel very welcomed. Location wise it’s easy to access lots of places and we stayed the night the olympics started which meant lots of sirens.. Luckily for us, the room blocked this noise out very very well! We had to check out really quick (again, nearly missed the flight home because of how comfy it was!) and reception were so kind and were trying to make sure we had a good stay (we did!) and offered to call us a taxi to the airport in which I shared we had already called an Uber. We were in such a rush but honestly had we of stayed elsewhere we would have probably been up ready and out earlier (I promise, the beds are just.. chefs kiss!) Friendly and amazing from start to finish and would recommend a stay here to anyone! I was very nervous staying in the middle of Paris with my daughter at such a busy time, as well as hearing of pick pockets etc but we felt very safe and very looked after. Thank you!

We had someone enter our room which was housekeeping which put me a little bit on edge as it was me and my teen daughter however reception quickly eased this! The bathroom needed slightly updating however it didn’t affect our stay just less aesthetic than others. Bit small but the room size overall was fab so it compensated!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable. The staff specifically Alicia were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

The hotel lobby and reception was comfortable and light. There is a good bar service. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Good WiFi. Staff very helpful. The location of the hotel was superb in easy walking distance for many attractions, but metro stations very near. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Paris

Shower not great, it was an over bath shower and the water pressure wasn't great at times. AC not working properly but it was not hot do not a problem. Pillows weren't great
