The staff at Hotel Splendid is exceptional! We absolutely loved Claudia and had wonderful interactions with everyone. My daughter and I stayed for a whole week, and I enjoyed the hotel very much. Breakfast had a good variety each morning. Our room was a very comfortable size, with plenty of storage for all our shopping and room to move around. Claudia was helpful booking additional things we wanted to do in the city. The hotel was near a metro stop, so it was incredibly easy getting to other areas in the city. We walked around the area late at night and never felt uncomfortable. There is a laundromat across the street, which was very helpful as we traveled light for a couple of weeks and needed to wash clothes. I am so happy I chose Splendid for our stay and will absolutely stay here on my next visit to Paris.

There are several train stations all around the hotel. The room was small but average size for Europe. The breakfast was very good. Fresh baked croissants, eggs, meet, cheese, fruit etc. one night we bought Chinese and it was cold. Stephanie at the front desk heated it up for us. Nicole was also very helpful at the front desk

Stairs made it hard with our luggage. They were helpful with our luggage if they weren’t busy. The room above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night the entire time we were there. We were in room 11 which did not have a view.

We have stayed in various places in Paris over the years and this stay at the Splendid hotel was one of the best and the reason was not only the rooms but the exceptional staff Ms Claudia. She was a ray of sunshine in the gloomy Paris rain. Not only she accommodated our request to have out family of 7 be places in close proximity rooms. but she also was very kind and recommended various nice hidden spots. Not to mention the above exceptional breakfast was a cherry on the top. Now the rooms were recently renovated, modern, super practical and clean. From Parisian standard they were fairly spacious and comfortable. Another noteworthy point is noise isolation. We were on the road side but we heard nothing, not a single noise during the night or day! Which is why we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Nothing, our stay was perfect!

A great value for money!. The rooms are a little small, which is typical for Paris hotels. Still, they’re very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The towels and bed linen were fresh, and the bed was really comfortable. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. Even though it’s a three-star hotel, the room had everything we needed — plus a nice touch: a pack of delicious French biscuits and two bottles of water as a welcome treat.

The only minor downside was the shower, which is a bit tight but since we’re both quite slim, it wasn’t a problem at all. I’m grateful to this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Would have loved a fridge in the room

I recently stayed at hotel splendid for 4 nights with my friend the accomodation was just beautiful. The interior design was amazing and our room had a hallway leading into it from the front door which we absolutely loved for extra room to put our luggage which is always a bonus !! The staff were really friendly always and willing to help. Breakfast they served was divine and lots of choices. It was the best bacon and eggs we had since being in Europe that were similar to Australia. Hotel splendid was only a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower which was manageable and it was also situated close to many other shops to explore aswell. On our second to last day one of the ladies at the front desk assisted in reserving a private airport transfer for us. The driver we had was female and so lovely which made us feel really comfortable! Would highly recommend staying at hotel splendid.

The only thing that became annoying was the person above or next to us (couldn’t quite work it out in the end) sounded like they were running a marathon for hours and hours in there room and sometimes till really late at night or early in the morning. You can hear people close to you walking around in other rooms and talking, the walls seemed paper thin. This was only an issue on our last 2 nights.

Reception staff was kind and friendly. Our room was small but that was expected and beds were very comfortable. Loves the Eiffel Tower view from the small balcony. The breakfast spread was simple but delicious.

Common areas, stairways, etc were a bit tired. The in room bathroom was large but could use a refresh. The location is a bit further from sites than I realized. It was walkable but didn’t expect a 45 min plus walk to most areas so relies on taxis and Ubers more than anticipated.

Absolutely 10/10 on location! Our room had a small terrace with view of the eiffel tower. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was nice. The woman who came to tidy the room was also brilliant - so courteous to knock beforehand and asked if we wanted more coffee on our second morning. She can also be seen tending to the breakfast in the mornings.

The only thing I can fault is the lack of Room Service food options. There wasn't any option to order food to our room just the breakfast that is provided in the mornings. There is also an additional charge of €2 per small bottle of water and no fridge in the rooms. However, as a small hotel this was not necessarily expected.

The double room (room 55) with balcony along with eiffel tower view was perfect. Room was cozy and neat , kettle coffee tea bags were given , washroom had all the required toiletries. The reception staff was amazing and all the time welcoming specially claudia. Breakfast was good and we had it in our balcony along with eiffel view which was amazing. Storage room was free in which you can put your luggage after check out. The heating system was working properly.

The washroom shower does not have a good flow as water was coming very little and sometimes it was too warm and then suddenly it will be cold so not properly working.

Cosy appartments, very nice personelle on reception, starring with Claudia, Charles and with the Moldavian lady from breakfast. Clean rooms, daily. Diversified breakfast. Location very close to subway stations (M10 Emile Zola and M6/8/12 Le Motte Pique Grenelle) and only 20min walk from Eiffel Tower. I would definitelly chose Hotel Splendid as my stay for a new vacation in Paris.

One of our 2 rooms had a bit too small bath-cab, a bit difficult to take a bath when you are a tall person.
