First of all, the staff were extremely helpful. One in particular, he's called Mustafa, he really went above and beyond to ensure all three of us were comfortable. He even made us croissants on the departure day so we can have a snack to go with. Directed us to all the nice places to go to, talked to taxi guys because we couldn't speak French, etc. The fact that we were from Africa just like him, made him ensure that we felt at home and we did! The room was very comfortable, about 4 minutes walk to metro station and with a big variety of restaurants and supermarkets just outside. It was wonderful indeed.

Nothing bad stood out for me.

Our choice was definitely value for money if we consider the fact that the location was perfect for us to go to the city center by metro(2 minutes by walking from the hotel there is a metro station). The staff was really friendly and whenever we needed an advice or recommendation about the city they were open for discussion. Also the cleaning ladies were really friendly.

The only problem about the location is that there are a lot of homeless people in the area generally so if you are coming back home late at night you might be a bit afraid if you are not used to it generally, but in Paris there are a lot of homeless people across the whole city so it is not really a problem faced on this specific location.

Very convenient for Gare de Lyon. Comfortable and welcoming, with some nice touches like free coffee in the afternoons and evenings, and a chilled water refill point. A lift up to the bedrooms made it easy with the luggage. Lots of places to eat nearby - we went to the one across the road. Good choice of breakfast items. A very handy overnight stop for passing through Paris - we would stay here again.

A couple of steps up to the entrance were a struggle with a heavy bag.

The location is great, just few minutes from Gare de Lyon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the tapped cold water and coffee available during the whole day. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable and even though the room was smaller, it was a great value for the money. Breakfast was also good.

Not a big problem, but there was no vegetable available during breakfast. But overall the breakfast offer was good and tasty.

Nice budget hotel. Rooms are small but well designed and new. The location was nicer than I expected. Check in was easy, staff was nice. All in all nice and a good value for the price.

Breakfast buffet could have used a little more attention (or another person working) as they kept running out of cups etc. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I really liked the cold water (also sparkling) on tab as well as access to the coffee machine free of charge, The room was comfortable with a comfy bed and nice working area. There are several nice restaurants within 50 meters from the hotel and the station is 10 minutes away.. so very convenient.

I joined for breakfast at a peak time (no open tables) so unfortunately the staff could not keep up bringing new clean cups, stocking up on all the nice breakfast spreads, etc. They really tried their best and did it still with a smile ... but was just not possible. Luckily I had some time so could wait for some of the dishes to be replenish...

Great quality and value breakfast on offer. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom very nice. Bed comfortable.

No fridge or tea and coffee facilities in room. Having said that cold still and sparkling water was available from a dispenser in the foyer so great for filling water bottles on way out. Also large bottles available to take water back to room. limited selection of soft drinks and beer available to purchase from fridge in foyer and coffee was available to purchase from a machine in the breakfast room.

Everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, and I loved the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. The location is great. There are lots of interesting bars and restaurants in the area. Handy for Gare de Lyon.

My stay was too short.

I was very surprised by my room at the Ibis Gare de Lyon. The room was larger than I expected and, although basic, it was beautiful, bright, new and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large enough and comfortable. Great beds. The window was openable, which was very welcome. There was also a sofa in the room, which made it even more comfortable and pleasant. Helpful, pleasant staff at checkin and checkout.

I probably wouldn't stay here for a long period; but for a one-night stay close to the Gare de Lyon, I find no fault with the Ibis. If anything, the carpets in the corridors could be cleaner.

Very good stay, comftable, clean and the staff was amaizing all the time, the buffet has variety and fresh food everyday, I recommend 100%, the price was good, and don't forget to say that the location is perfect you have the train station just a few meters.
