We liked its location that is close to Gare de Lyon (2-3min walk). It's close to so many shopping centers like carrefour and franprix, restaurants of different cuisines and coffee shops. Coffee is complimentary at the hotel all day. The rooms are always kept clean and tidy.

The room was a bit small but it is good for a 3-star hotel. The bed and sofa bed were comfy though. No fridge in the room

The staff was extremely helpful and polite (particularly Lola and Marius). The “Standard Double Room with Sofa” we stayed in this time was bigger than the one we stayed in previously (for 3 adults); with a view of the garden. The breakfast was delicious and varied; with a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby throughout the day. The garden/terrace area was a wonderful surprise; and I’m sure it’s much better in the summer time. The location was ideal: lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby; Gare De Lyon was about 5-10 mins away. They were kind enough to store our luggage for 4 days while we traveled to Lyon. Definitely will not be our last stay!

There wasn’t a safe or kettle in the room. Only a particular type of European plugs can be used in their sockets - so we had to take turns charging our devices and there weren’t any USB ports either. We had previously stayed in a different “Standard Double Room with Sofa” on the 2nd floor with a view of the city; it was much smaller - especially for 3 adults and their luggage.

The hotel is located in a good area of ​​Paris. Gare de Lyon metro station is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a shop and many cafes near the hotel. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is daily. There are towels and soap in the bathroom. Wi-Fi is at a good level. The breakfast is not very varied, but everything is delicious. Also, in the hotel lobby there is a coffee machine working around the clock. The soundproofing is excellent - no sounds from the street or neighbors were heard. The mattress is comfortable - we slept well) It is convenient that there are storage rooms - on the day of departure we left our luggage and went for a walk, since the plane was late in the evening.

Not critical, but a mini fridge in the room was a bit lacking. We were at the hotel for several days and bought fruits, juices and wanted to put it in the fridge.

We loved the proximity of the hotel to Gare de Lyon which meant that getting around Paris was a breeze. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and made the feeling of the stay very pleasant. The back garden was a great place to spend some time in the sun.

We didn’t love that we had to lock away our bags in a locker after checkout. It is an inconsequential amount of money but this is a service that every other hotel we’ve ever stayed in offers for free. We were also surprised that the front door was always locked and not open able by our card, instead needing to be let in by the press of a button.

It was clean and located near a main metro station. Plenty of cafes and markets around the hotel. Very nice staff and a nice, quiet outdoor courtyard. There is also a water station in the lobby to refill your water bottles before you head out for the day. There’s a fruit stand across the street- which was nice to grab a healthy snack.

Very pricy for the location and size of the room. But it was during the Paris Airshow which may have influenced the rate.

Breakfast is the best thing about this property. It exceeded expectations. Rooms are small, but comfortable. They were serviceable. Location is a near a metro line and also the train at Gare de Lyon.

Some staff were very helpful and others less so. Location has many homeless nearby which is a problem in most major cities. Not the locations fault at all, but pickpockets work the nearby metro line - as I discovered firsthand.

A good choice to catch an early train at the gare de Lyon. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Bastille and other pleasant neighborhoods. There's a small supermarket round the corner. There's free coffee all day and you can use the machine to get hot water for instant noddles as well. The garden at the back is surprisingly large. I was on the fifth floor and although the footprint of the room itself was small it felt bright and airy.

It costs 4 euros to store a big suitcase in the lockers on the lower ground floor and I had to ask for help to operate the locker. The breakfast space is rather cramped for such a large hotel.

Incredible value — not the closest to all of the attractions but I think this is a good thing. The hotel is on a quiet street with a couple of restaurants, bars & convenience stores and is walking distance from a major train station — which makes commuting throughout Paris easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend a street side room on the top floor. The view was surprisingly great.

We loved that our room felt more like a suite than a room! spacious and was cleaned everyday! and we loved that it was in the patio! we're coming back!

Maybe a little upgrade to the breakfast,since we stayed for 6 days it was a little bit tiring with eggs and bacon! but it was good also! nothing to complain! the staff were so attentive and friendly!

Very good location, walking distance to Notre Dame, close to Gare de Lyon and many other buss lines around. Excellent breakfast... worth eating in on the terrace which was wonderful. Comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Nice view to the street without any street noise.

The sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked. Water was not draining with a normal speed.
