The location is really good: the neighborhood is cozy and quiet, there are two lines of the metro present nearby. The room was small but had everything necessary so it was comfortable.

When we came back at around 4:30 PM during our stay, the cleaning service had yet to come to our room. After we left at 5 PM, no one came as well. This means that our room wasn't cleaned, and while it's not a huge problem, as there was only one small trash bin in the bathroom, the waste was quickly piling up. The AC did pretty much nothing.

Small, basic, but functional rooms with good climate control located between two useful metro stations with good onward connections. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast nothing outstanding, but a good selection available. Wifi is good enough to stream content on.

Room was located in a small annex split between two rooms with a single door leading into the hallway. Made coming and going somewhat disruptive. Lack of coffee-making facilities in the room disappointing, but not a dealbreaker, and are the norm for Ibis hotels in Paris. Hot drinks can be purchased in the lobby.

Good value for the money considering the prices in Paris. Great location very well communicated with main metro lines.

Beware when going there, there are three ibis gare de lyon and it can be confusing. Also, hotel is good but basic, do not expect a luxurious place. But enough for a couple of days in the city.

The hotel met my expectations. All of the staff members I came across were super friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and comfortable with being cleaned every day. The metro line 1 is within 3 mins walking distance from the hotel that makes it easily reachable to every central location. I would certainly chose the hotel once back to Paris.

Exceptional staff, very friendly greeting and amended problems with kindness. Came to knock on the room for my early wakeup call because the room phone was not functioning.

My first room card didn't work, second one did after going back to the reception, and the room phone did not work at all. Drain in the bathroom sink was stuck, it could only be closed or open by 1 millimeter.

Flexible check-in. Comfy beds. Bathroom. Hospitality of staff. Easy to reach from and to city center. They were all very nice! Price/value was also very good!

Somehow the room temperature was not high enough. AC was running during the night but we felt a little bit cold. Maybe it is because of the minus degree weather outside.

Location was excellent, great food options near by. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel, they had a nice selection. The staff were very nice and helpful.

We had two single beds and just found that the mattress had a tendency to slide around a lot, other than that, no complaints!

Your location was ideal for us. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful with excellent English.

It would’ve been very nice to have a kettle in the room. Room service did not stock our room properly the first morning.

The location was perfect for seeing the sights. Also great for restaurants close by. The breakfast was excellent value as there was so much choice, from hot food to breads and pastries to a variety of cheeses and sweet pastries too, the coffee was lovely also.
