we have stayed at 12 hotels (including hilton) in Europe during this trip and this hotel has been the best….even better than Hilton. the location is excellent, less than 5 mins walk to champs élysées, metro station is less than a minute away, lots of restaurants, patisseries around. very safe location. the room itself is excellent, very clean, comfortable beds, bathrobe, slippers (that only 5 star hotels privide). they even replenish the mini bar daily with free complimentary non alcoholic drinks. they also have complimentary cakes, pastries, croissants and a variety of non alcoholic drinks including tea and coffee provided for the guests in the dining room everyday from 2 pm to 2 am. staff are great. considering everything, i think this hotel is great value for money. i will always stay at an Astotel henceforth if this is the level of service i can get.

This a a quaint hotel with a lovely luxurious feel to it. The room and bathroom was spacious, the free cafeteria with free drinks and foods(snacks, fruit and confectionary) was a nice surprise and well-stocked. The location was excellent - surrounding area was open and filled with beautiful old buildings, cafes, restaurants and shops. My daughter loved the Star Bucks right opposite the hotel!! It was a short walk to the Champs-Elysees. In its price bracket, this hotel is batting above its piers. Very friendly staff that quitely went about making our stay a nice experience. We will be back!!

A charming stay in a dreamy room with a skylight window over the bathtub. Perfect location just behind the Champs-Élysées, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, L’Entrecôte restaurant, and easy metro access to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and even Sadegh Hedayat’s tomb. Loved the fun snack bar from 2PM to 2AM with board games, and appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly efforts like reusing towels and bed linens you can leave a card on the bed to skip linen washing, and only towels on the floor are washed. A simple but thoughtful way to save water and energy.

I recently stayed at this chic hotel in the heart of Paris, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The great location made it easy to explore all the iconic sights, from the Eiffel Tower to the charming cafes nearby. The rooms were stylish and clean, with thoughtful touches like plush bath robes that made me feel right at home. I also loved the free snacks they provided, a nice little perk after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast might have been a bit on the expensive side which was a pity as it would have been convenient for me. I'm certainly planning to go back again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at this 4-star premium hotel that truly offers 5-star service! The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the Champs-Élysées and only a few meters from the metro, making it super convenient for exploring Paris. The complimentary café/bar and the free minibar were delightful touches of hospitality. The staff, especially Marina and Mohammed, were incredibly welcoming and greeted us with warm smiles every time we passed by. Their friendliness and attentiveness made our stay extra special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris!

The only downside was the room size, which is understandably a common issue in Paris and Europe overall. However, the comfort and exceptional service more than made up for it.

First of all, the location was perfect. It was only four minutes walking to Champs Elysee. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel's open bar from 2pm to 2am was a delightful feature. They offered soft drinks, cakes, and snacks, which were very useful after a long day of walking in Paris. Additionally, the juice, soda and mineral water in the mini fridge were restocked daily. The Christmas Day gift was a wonderful bonus that truly made my day.

perfect location as running Paris marathon , really wonderful staff, nice clean room , fantastic comfy beds and a great bonus to have free soft drinks in fridge in room topped up every day , food and free snacks after 2pm every day .

A short walk to Champs Elysees. A brilliant restaurant just around the corner. A barber closely that was excellent and would recommend to anyone. The included 2pm-2am coffee, tea and pastries were wonderful. For Starbucks lovers there is one just across the road. Very close to Metro station. We will definitely come back. Morning breakfast had everything we wanted and it was quality food and very friendly staff.

The rainy Saturday, but we made the most of it taking the Metro with the umbrellas the hotel lend to us. We never got a chance to try to afternoon coffee and tea and any of the other Astotel affiliated hotels (in fairness we had a short stay with lots of rain on the Saturday).

It was a nice gesture of the hotel to wait for us in the room with a tray of macarons and other sweet treats. A nice gesture. Every day from 14:00, the hotel offers a free mini snack bar. And in the room, the minibar is replenished daily with water, juice and coffee.

Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing a small renovation or re-modernization, but this is a good thing for those who will come. Unfortunately, the tiles in the bathroom are broken and cracked and moving, but they will definitely be replaced or fixed .

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I must give a special mention to Marina at the reception who went above and beyond to assist with everything. The hotel's location was excellent, and the complimentary afternoon coffee, tea, and snacks added a lovely touch to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with top-notch service!
