The location was great- 5 min from the arc du triomphe, 15 min walk to the Champs Elysee, and a 40 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. This hotel was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids ages 6, 9 and 11). The family suite was spacious and we loved having 2 bathrooms in addition to the 2 separate bedrooms connected by a short corridor. It was enough space and privacy for our family. The location was quiet yet convenient to everything we wanted to see. The guy working the front desk was super nice and the breakfast was great.

The bathrooms could use a little facelift but nothing major.

Staff was very helpful. This hotel is a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and three metro stations: Argentine, Port Mailot and Victor Hugo. There is a very nice bakery at the corner of the street. Restaurants, too, but we did not try them. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Very helpful to start with a full belly every day.

The elevator had a weird musty smell. Very small space. The metro station Argentine underwent construction while we were there which made it difficult some days when we had scheduled arrival times for specific tours with meeting points.

Doesn't feel like a 4star hotel Not too much smiling faces at reception Amenities in the room (there are tea, coffee but no kettle for hot water-there is a nespresso machine though- all these things should be readily available in the room with no need to specifically ask for them. No slippers but they give you if you request-why not to put a pair in the room?)

Everyone involved withe the hotel, from the concierge to the room cleaning and kitchen staff were very friendly, professional and helpful with any questions we had about getting around the city. The hotel is conveniently located near the Arc de Triumph, within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and is also near a underground train station that is easy to use to explore different parts of Paris.

Nothing to dislike for me and my wife.

This hotel has an amazing location - it’s just 15-20 mins walk from both Arch de Triumph and from a huge park with lakes and Louis Vuitton Foundation art gallery. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere - it’s laid back, the music is playing, receptionists are very amiable, attentive and willing to help. I also loved that guests were offered various fashion journals at the lobby, and you can even get a coffee there or order breakfast. All very well organized for the convenience of the guests. Really, thank you - merci!

There were minor technical matters with our room when we first checked in. We were very grateful that it was possible to move into a room that better met our needs. We later extended our stay a bit and there was something with the lock of the room which the receptionists easily figured out in a creative way. Apologies I didn’t take enough photos - my iPhone got full of photos. Look at other guests’ recommendations :)

Amazing location which I picked to be close to. NYE festivities. Did not disappoint, yet was also very quiet.. Staff were lovely. We arrived early in the morning after a 25 hour flight, we were able to go straight into the room ( for a small fee) which was wonderful. The rooms are huge for Paris!

Slightly disappointed that after being out most of the day room was not cleaned. Housekeeping turned up after we returned, we turned her away as we needed a rest.

The location close to many metro stations rail links as well, 10 minute walk the Arc de Triumph. Restaurants nearby and are very nice. The bed was very comfortable and good. The decor was modern. Tv was good too, nice shower and modern bathroom. The staff were lovely too.

Great localisation, near metro station, 10minutes walking to Triumph Arc, around small restaurants and cafes. Nice interiors, very "french" where you can feel as at home. Incredibly friendly staff, always nice, polite, smiling and willing to help. High standard of travel cosmetics - shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion and shower gel. They were so good, that I didn't use my own.

There was a little variety of food for breakfast. Everyday there were the same type of cold meat, cheese and hot dishes. The positive thing - it was always fresh, there were pressed juices and it was tasty. But for few nights stay, it was a bit unvaried. The walls are rather thin, so if you're unlucky to have noisy neighbours (I had), bring earplugs for a good night's rest.

Size of the twin room we booked was excellent for Paris. It actually had 3 beds in it! The receptionists were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for our needs and it felt safe and comfortable.

The low sink in the bathroom and the odd setup with the overhead shower in the bath didn't work so well but really weren't massive issues!

We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel. The staff were excellent. It is walking distance to Arc d'Triumph and many local restaurants. Also we walked to the Metro.

Breakfast was ok but expensive if all you want is coffee and toast
