The room was very spacious and it was in a good area to get to the trains.

I haven’t got the money back yet for the hold on my card for incidentals. I am currently tracking and have a budget that I need to sick to.

Accommodation was good and comfortable.

I didn't like the system of depositing amount to guarantee our stay because until now preauthorization wasn't lift up from my bank and I already made complaint about it to Odalys City Hotel before we checked out. Very disappointing!

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and an added bonus of a small kitchenette. The hotel is clean and a good location outside of the main city, uber’s in and out are approx €15-€20. Staff are polite and very attentive.

2 of our party had the breakfast for €21, found this to be a bit pricey on what was available, more hot items would of been better. The shower door in the room was broken, but maintenance man was there quickly once we reported it, it did still leak a bit after though, but wasnt as bad, window wouldnt lock so kept blowing open, hopefully this gets sorted for the next guest!

Breakfast was very good. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel. Perfect location.

I was not told about the €200 deposit at the time of making the booking. Took my money within minutes but i have to wait days to get it back.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view from the window was great. We loved that it was very close to metro stations making it very easy to get around the city. Staff at reception were all great

The only cooling was a small desk fan and unfortunately the TV didn't have streaming options so only french free to air tv was available which wasn't ideal as people who cannot speak/understand it very well.

Location, staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the owners son. Great to have our own apartment with all facilities and equipment needed to cook .

Net curtain hanging off the window and the single beds were a little small.

Very comfortable rooms, enough space and with a lovely kitchen. Stores like G20 and Lidl are so close, so we decided to fill in the fridge for 4 days and prepare our breakfast, but we also ate outside experiencing French food, which alltogether showed to be a money saving and very nice combination. Hotel has a great bus and metro connections to and for every single important attraction that you must/want to see, so that is a definite plus. I would advise a Navigo weekly card for 35 euros and you can literally travel with bus, tram or metro anywhere in the city and outside, like Disney park for example. Staff was very helpful and kind - very fast check in and out withouth alot of questions.

500 meters to the metro lane 14. 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes to Louvre, 1h to Disneyland, 1h to CDG airport by metro/RER. 24/7 bakery in the building. Convenience store across the street. Fully equipped kitchen (but are you gonna use it in Paris, really?) perfect value for money. we stayed with my son, 12. he liked our room as well.

Location was good close to supermarket and bakeryn

The problem with the showet door every time I took a shower water splill to the room a lot .I have to dry bathroom and room with towels

The property was great and we had an enjoyable stay. The check-in process was my only source of pain as we were required to produce physical bank cards before we could check in (a requirement I haven’t had to meet in my travels before). When we clarified that we don’t carry physical cards for convenience and due to security reasons but offered the card details electronically, we were asked to go purchase a card which we could load money on at a store about two blocks away (imagine this before checking in? Absurd). We went to the store and when we got there they also asked for a physical bank card. Eventually they allowed us to check in but honestly not a fan of the whole process.
