The room was very spacious and it was in a good area to get to the trains.

I haven’t got the money back yet for the hold on my card for incidentals. I am currently tracking and have a budget that I need to sick to.

Accommodation was good and comfortable.

I didn't like the system of depositing amount to guarantee our stay because until now preauthorization wasn't lift up from my bank and I already made complaint about it to Odalys City Hotel before we checked out. Very disappointing!

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and an added bonus of a small kitchenette. The hotel is clean and a good location outside of the main city, uber’s in and out are approx €15-€20. Staff are polite and very attentive.

2 of our party had the breakfast for €21, found this to be a bit pricey on what was available, more hot items would of been better. The shower door in the room was broken, but maintenance man was there quickly once we reported it, it did still leak a bit after though, but wasnt as bad, window wouldnt lock so kept blowing open, hopefully this gets sorted for the next guest!

Breakfast was very good. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel. Perfect location.

I was not told about the €200 deposit at the time of making the booking. Took my money within minutes but i have to wait days to get it back.

* comfortable bed; * possibility to park in the parking lot in the basement of the hotel - reasonable price/night; * good distance from the hotel to center.

* the room was much smaller than it was presented; * pleasant smell at the hotel reception, but terrible in the hallways on the upper floors of the hotel and in some rooms; * poor storage space for clothes; * the washbasin cover was poorly fixed to the wall - you had the feeling that it would fall on your feet; * although we were 3 people and the reservation was made for everyone, we had a 2-person bed ready, but the sofa bed was not ready and we did not find any sheets in the storage space; * due to the smell in the room and the lack of air conditioning, we were forced to sleep with the window open and struggle to sleep in the terrible noise of a nearby club.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view from the window was great. We loved that it was very close to metro stations making it very easy to get around the city. Staff at reception were all great

The only cooling was a small desk fan and unfortunately the TV didn't have streaming options so only french free to air tv was available which wasn't ideal as people who cannot speak/understand it very well.

easy to reach, 10 min walk to metro, bus close by, restaurants close by; calm area in the evenings, it was the second time we came to this hotel

There is a G20 grocery store, a nice bakery, some bars and cafés nearby. A bus stop is near. The M14 line can be taken from Porte de Clichy or St Ouen and both are about 15 mins walk. Not very near, but the M14 is a good line and takes you to central Paris real quick.

Dish washing soap in small bottles would be a good idea because travellers have to buy big bottles while the ApartHotel can organise these. We stayed twice for 3 days each. Once the windows opened, the second time they didn’t so we asked for a change of room which was allowed but this time the window wouldn’t close. 😀 Not all rooms have a table fan or pedestal fan and that was needed. Luckily they gave us one from another room.

Location, how well stocked and beautifully decorated it is

We didn’t like not being able to gain access for so many hours after arriving. We drove from Lyon and just wanted to have a shower and relax. No one would return calls and messages for about 3hrs. Turned out we were given the wrong code to access keys. The smell as you enter the building is next level. My allergies played up straight away. Parking was a massive issue that guests should be warned about! There is nowhere for you to day park as they charge an astronomical hourly rate and it is limited. Once you have used the max parking you cannot extend it until the next day. There is one parking that does a $38 euro for the day but if you are not there in the morning, forget about it!

Location, staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the owners son. Great to have our own apartment with all facilities and equipment needed to cook .

Net curtain hanging off the window and the single beds were a little small.
