Boutique hotel. Lovely, arge, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated room. Large windows. Furniture and carpet seemed quite new. Hotel had a great bar and a young vibe. Would stay again.

The front desk staff could be a bit ‘up themselves’, but if you can look beyond this, it was a lovely place to stay. I would have given it a 9 review if they were less stuck up.

We stayed in a connecting room, which was incredibly comfortable and perfect for our family. The space was thoughtfully designed, quiet, and cozy — ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and stylish, with beautiful Parisian touches. The hotel’s location is fantastic — close to the Champs-Élysées and many great restaurants and shops. We felt truly cared for and at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Pley Hotel to anyone visiting Paris! 💖

The hotel is in a very good location, so close to the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, and a 45 minute walk to the Louvre, passing so many wonderful places along the route! The entrance of the hotel is very warm and inviting as were the members of reception. Our room, a deluxe triple was extremely spacious and very clean. The room faced out into the streets which was brilliant. Would like to visit in the spring when the Rooftop is open to see the views.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with very quiet aircon which was appreciated. Excellent choice & quality at breakfast. Rooftop bar was lovely on sunny evenings. Convenient location - close to Arc de Triomphe and on the bus route from Gard du Nord (no 43 bus)

Great location, hotel was reformed so rooms are new and spacious, good breakfast!

I booked a room for 3 adults. When we arrived, the “extra” bed was almost a crib. Super small and uncomfortable sofa bed - definitely do not recommend it. I asked the team to change it for a bed, they said it wasn’t possible. The problem is not a sofa bed, but that was a terrible small and uncomfortable sofa bed. If the room does not fit comfortably 3 adults, they shouldn’t accept booking for 3 adults in the room.

The hotel is gorgeous, lovely decor and beautifully clean. Our room was very impressive, really comfy bed with great a view of the Eiffel Tower ! We had dinner in the restaurant which was really good , the staff were so friendly. The hotel is in a great location, not too far to the Arc de Triomphe , little supermarket and bakery close by. Also , quite close to some restaurants.

Location was great, close to centre within walking distance. Rooms were spacious renovated modern and clean bathroom was very nice, all extras were provided dryer, iron , nespresso coffee machine, water bottles. Surrounding area also very nice the hotel facade, lobby and staff were excellent. Definitely a 4 star property

Nothing that I didn't like I would have booked longer stay had I seen this earlier. Served all our needs for the duration of our stay.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very good, there is a super market close by and few places to eat around the hotel. The hotel is about 8 minutes walk to the famous street Champs Elysees. The bed is comfortable but the room is small.

Our room suppose to be 21 meter square, however comparing to other places I stayed in I am not sure if this the actual size as it was very small.

Lovely hotel team, nice assortment for breakfast, nice option with cheese. Brilliant rooftop, but it was closed and has no option if it rains. Room has nice size, Evian water as a plus, nice bed and pillows, nice location.

No view in the room, rooftop is cool, but no options if it rains, no bathrobes, super huge umbrellas which not nice to have, when you walking and exploring city center.

I really liked the style and vibe of the Hotel — it had character and a clean theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The major issue was the lifts — both were very small, fitting only about 3 people. Also, the hotel's app wasn't fully functional, so we had to contact staff directly for most things.
