All the hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was plenty of hot water, the beds were very comfortable and we couldn't have chosen a better location. Having a balcony was an added bonus and I can't thank the staff enough for this :). The weather was superb and we were truly blessed to have had an excellent break, one which we will remember for a long time. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. A small coffee table and a few stools would be great to watch the world go by, by either enjoying a cup of tea or sipping a glass of wine.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, good places to eat and the metro. The room was on the ground floor so access with suitcases was easy, it was quiet and for our family for two nights it served the purpose well.

The shower is very inconvenient as it is just a shower head with no enclosure and very close to the basin and bathroom door, so the whole floor flooded every time someone showered. Other than that the bathroom was in good condition, clean and everything worked. We were provided with plenty of towels for mopping up the floor.

It was a hotel in a good location, close to the House of the Invalides, the Alexander 3 Bridge and the Eiffel Tower. In fact, on the corner with the hotel is one of the most popular places for photography with the Tower between the buildings. The room was small, but it was enough for us. The shower and bath worked well. The staff is very friendly. Nearby you can find both good breakfast cafes and gourmet restaurants.

We were in room 53, which did not have a good view from the window, but the rooms next to us 51-52 has the street view.

The reception were very helpful and accommodating to our needs throughout the stay. The bed was really comfy and quite big too- seemed bigger than a standard queen. The location was fairly central to most of the touristy landmarks that we visited. Room was the right size for what we needed, however we were only there for one night.

The hotel was in the perfect location. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, d'Orsay Museum, Invalides, Seine River and more. There are restaurants everywhere around the hotel.

The color scheme in the hotel was very red. Although the breakfast was delicious, it felt like we were eating in a dungeon, while we were in the basement.

The location of the hotel is what makes the stay worth it, we visited the Eiffel Tower every day and photographed it every single time. There are great cafes in every corner so food was not an issue. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom would be a little small for if you are a big person but since we were not it was fine. The room was in a weird shape and therefore had a bit of dead space, with rearrangement the room we stayed in could even have had a couch in it, but it really wasn't a problem. The staff was super friendly and helpful - which made our stay worth it.

All the red! Why is the hotel all red? With a re-paint, the hotel would look so much better.

The building is obviously very old and has beautiful characteristics, but there is zero sould insulation, and so it is very noisy. As a light sleeper, I found this feature quite challenging during the night.

Excellent location, great, welcoming staff, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, lots of hangers in the wardrobe, good pressure in the shower, coffee machine, rooms are bigger than in other Parisian hotels. I'll stay here again without a doubt.

Didn't expect paper cups in a 4* hotel, and the complimentary water and coffee capsules were not replaced, also I didn't like that there was no separate shampoo and no conditioner, only a hair and body wash, but there are plenty of shops around if you need any.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent staff & rooms were just what we needed for our city break. Was a bit old fashioned but didn't mind as worked for what we wanted it for. Dining area was very small but can't complain as we didn't eat there. Definitely stop there again!

Location is excellent, I like the breakfast there, Faye was very helpful, courteous & friendly. Ylli, & the rest of the front desk staff were excellent & so with Omayra, who kept our rooms clean.
