The staff were good.

The shuttle service to airport is very limited. The last shuttle to leave for the airport was a 9.30 A.M. and no airport drop after that. Same is with pick up. The first pickup starts in the evening 5.30 P.M. (nothing before that). Very inconvienent for people reaching in the morning or leaving in the night. Taxi will cost around 35 euros.

Easy to book, locate and take the hotel shuttle between the airport and hotel. Drivers were polite, friendly and helpful. Facilities at the property are clean and well maintained. Reception staff helpful. I chose to eat at the property and buffet options were tasty. Room was quiet and clean.

Charging cubes in the room didn’t accommodate my chargers, which were French. The other inconvenience was the shower. The new shower stay with just one piece of glass doesn’t stop water from spilling out onto the bathroom floor. Guests need to be cautious when stepping foot out of the shower. These are minor comments, but merit mentioning.

The hotel is located approximately in 1,5 km from the airport, named after Charles De Gaulle. It is convenient to spend one night before our early morning flight. It is clean, convenient, and comfortable enough. There are many people wishing to stay in this hotel, so staff at the reception is always busy. There is a very good dinner - buffet from 19.00 to 22.30. The food is various and tasty enough. The price for the buffet menu for entre + plat is 24,90 Euro, with deserts - 29,90 Euro. We refused for breakfast for 14,50 Euro, because we were leaving at 05.30 by taxi, and had coffee in the room.

Transfer to the hotel from the CDG airport is from terminal 2, between the D and B areas as it was described in the instruction sent to us. We did not wait for the shuttle bus and took a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the cost was 20 Euro. The next morning, the shuttle bus was fully booked at 05.30, and we also ordered a taxi, the cost was 25 Euro. So please be prepared to pay more fie the taxi.

The place is good, its acces if u want to go to train too the bud also near, its quiet too when your time to resr,the food from breakfast to dinner i expeteince its good they offer different variety Hopefully can visit agaun in Par8s and i booked agin in this hotel

Nothing to say not diddnt like only think i expereince the room attendad is really wanted to clean the room and they have acces in room saw for me nextime need to knock the door before you uses the won key bcoz what if the people inside is nude But thisnis not much a problem just notify first only that but im not upset and its happen one time

Great hotel for 1 night before or after your flight. We had an early flight so we had choose to spend the night before, here. Great value for money; nice restaurant with good food. The breakfast was also nice with plenty of options. It’s nice that they are offering a shuttle service, we used it to go to the airport in the morning. Also, we left our car at their parking lot for almost 1 month, price was better that at the airport, and it was really safe. We found the car upon returning without any scratch. Room was small but nicely furnished.

The walls are really thin and you kinda hear everything. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The hotel is good value for money and very convenient to catch an early plane at CDG airport the next morning. The bonus is the restaurant with its great buffet so you don’t have to go anywhere else for diner. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient.

The shuttle to the airport is a little expensive and once dropped off at the airport, there is a long walk through the terminals to get to the check in. I thought the shuttle would tepals us straight to our terminal.

The place was very clean and checkin was a breeze. The food was really good as well.

The key had to be reset several times. It just had issues working. It was difficult using the shuttle service. Booking was hard because it was all in Italian so I couldn't read it. The instructions weren't very well written either. It was very difficult to find where the shuttle pick up was because the instructions were very confusing, and written as if I was familiar with the airport. Additionally, it advertised that the shuttle service was 7 euros per person, but it charged it 14 euros.

Everything, from the location in the beautiful little town to the best buffet we have ever had. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We couldn't stop saying how amazing everything was. The garden was lovely to relax and have a drink in after traveling all day. Close enough to the airport but far enough from the noise polution. If I could stay at this hotel on every vacation we took I would be happy.

Nothing, I can't think of anything negative about this gem.

The restaurant on site was great. I wish there was an option “ à la carte” for dinner as I don’t eat a lot when I travel, so buffet style is a waste of money. The food was really good and the staff was amazing. The room was cleaned and the amenities looked new, and functional. The mattress was not super comfortable to my taste, but the room was super quiet and I slept well. I will come back when traveling back from CDG. They overbooked the minivan for the following morning pick up to the airport, but within minutes I rode in a private taxi and got to the airport on time. Really good customer service!

Our overnight stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We only stayed for one night due to our flight the next day, but everything went smoothly. The room amenities were fitting and comfortable. However, the highlight was the hotel's restaurant and its diverse menu. The food was prepared on-site and was truly delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and competent, adding to the overall pleasantness of our short stay. Additionally, the location was ideal – we reached the airport comfortably in just 10 minutes with an Uber. A thoroughly positive experience that we are happy to recommend.
