Both rooms were clean, and apart from the mentioned issues, nice, comfortable and well-equipped. At breakfast everything tasted good, and in the sweet category it was excellent: croissants, pastries, muesli, jams, etc. The location was perfect — an excellent neighborhood. We could safely walk back with two kids even at 10 p.m. And perhaps that’s the most important thing: safety!

One of the rooms was quite run-down, with worn, fraying chairs and a broken shower. The other, however, was in perfect condition — it’s really just luck who ends up where. Breakfast was very sweet-focused, with not much in the way of savory options. It’s served from 7 to 10, but even by 8:40 there wasn’t scrambled eggs left. So if you didn’t go right at opening, you could easily miss out.

Understated apartments, basic check in but secure with room cards to activate all entrances. Nice welcome, and easy check in. We stayed on floor 8 with a balcony and view. View was lovely of the Seine and balcony a nice size to sit and drink your coffee! Room was far more than we expected - spacious with all mod cons. Large shower/ bathroom, dining area and fully functional kitchen (cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, all cutlery, plates cups glasses - you name it!) large master bedroom and a great pull out sofa which became 2 x large single beds for our children. TV in each room was a bonus! Gutted we only had a one night stay as it would have made a great base after exploring Paris all day long! Plenty of room to relax and the kids to play or spread out without getting under each others feet. Apartment was a good rating of clean and looked like they were updating parts of the hotel as well.

Apartment was very clean, bedding was spotless, only thing I noticed was that the shower tiles could do with a bit of ‘toothbrush’ scrub - but otherwise all of it was clean and tidy and definitely didn’t let us down.

I liked the decoration of the room, all the things included to cook, the view, the bathroom and all the room was very clean, the bathroom was beautiful and had everything you need. The access was easy, there were near transportation but only in bus, even though is easy.

The TV didn't have apps to watch streaming apps like Netflix, neither a chrome cast where you can stream your phone and watch anything, the TV only has local channels which if you don't speak french you will be bored.

Property was fully wheelchair accessible and the disabled suite had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was big, as was the bathroom, so there was plenty of space to wheel about and do any transfers. A shower stool was also provided and there are grab rails by the toilet and sink. There is a ramp from the front door to reception and two lifts to take you to the room. The only issue was that cups/plates etc were stored in high cupboards but reception was open 24-7 and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast too and all at a very reasonable price. The hotel is located quite far out from the main city and sights but is well serviced by accessible transport to La Defence and a fully accessible tram into Porte de Versailles. The local area is also really nice with lots of cafes and shops/supermarkets and is in close proximity to the Bois de Bologne. Very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet location near transportation into Paris. Views out over the finance district and into Paris and the Eiffel tower in the distance. Dizzyingly high terrace, not for the faint hearted, but offering superb views and very safe. Cleanliness was superb, staff helped with any questions and a lovely restaurant literally nextdoor to the hotel. Family friendly, great place.

Having booked for four, would have been helpful if bedding was put out and prepared. But a minor gripe.

Everything. From arrival and being let into the spacious underground car park and getting a lift straight into reception, and being met by Alice in front desk who spoke perfect English which was a relief for me! She was super knowledgable of the area and helped us find a shop and get the train to central Paris. The room was excellent and the kids loved it.

Car parking spaces are little tight in the doubles. But honestly it was excellent all round

The room was perfect for me. I had space to put my stuff. The room was clean. I was surprised by having the kitchen and a big refrigerator. Overall, it was above my expectations. And the price was ok.

If you rely on public transport, like me, the location is not so good. I also didn't know how to use the coffee machine. The shower drain didn't work very well, and some water spilled onto the bathroom floor.

the bedsheets on the bedroom mattress did not fit and would come off during sleep. very annoying. the spare bedsheets for the sofa bed had stains on it (!) we asked for new sheets. MAJOR construction right across the street. it is very noisy 7AM disturbance - this will be the case for several months! there was NO INFO / warning from the property about this construction. it feels like they were hiding this info :(

It was 30+C when we went and the air-conditioning is very welcome. The location is fine as long as you aren't expecting to walk out the front door and into a bustling area, it's quiet but I liked that. There are a number of nice restaurants nearby and a couple of mini-supermarkets. There is a very nice boulangerie near the tram stop (Belvédère). For anyone who isn't familiar with travelling in Paris, you can easily get to this hotel from the Gard du Nord by getting an M4 metro to Châtelet and then change line to M1 heading for La Defense. Exit at La Defense and get a T2 tram to Belvédère. Whole trip is about 45mins and not complicated.

There isn't really a downside other than it being a little distant from central Paris.

Everything’s in a very good shape, renovated and well thought through. The neighborhood itself is very nice with grocery stores, cafes and quiet streets. You can walk to the island of Puteaux or to the Boris de Boulogne very easily. An extra thank you goes to the staff, who were extremely helpful and responsible. The internet connection is amazing, especially compared to some other places in Paris.

The only problem is getting around. I had things to do in the area, so it was not a problem. For those wishing to visit other discredits, the best bet is the tram. It might seem a tad far, but it’s never stuck in traffic unlike the buses.
