I liked the distance to the Hakata train station. The hotel is very clean, the staff is exemplary. Truly outstanding people working here. I always enjoy my stay, this is the 6th stay at this facility.

This is my 6th time staying at this property, the price of the hotel has been on the rise, and is getting a bit much for my budget. We tend to stay for several nights, and there is always one night that is double the price of the other nights. If the pattern persists it may impact our future reservations.

Above all else, the service staff, from the front desk to the wait staff in the restaurants to the staff who greeted us and went beyond the boundaries of their job descriptions to make us feel welcome and valued. They were unfailingly courteous, even gracious, in their attentiveness and eagerness to respond to our requests. They are a first-rate team of employees and should be commended by management in the highest degree. Also, the room had a very welcome spaciousness that has a premium value in Japan.

The hotel begins to show its age. The bottom of the bath/toilet room door shows the effect of water/humidity damage and the room's carpeting has missed cleaning (i.e. vacuuming, perhaps even steam cleaning), especially along the floor edges around the tables, desk, and mini bar cabinet. Some of the surfaces above the bed, say, and window ledge needed dusting.

5mins walk from Hakata JR station. Great hotel service & room and staff are very professional anc helpful. Breakfast spread was an excellent international buffet at the lobby cafe. Even at the club lounge, while of a smaller scale, the spread was just as good. Club room was exceptionally large and definitely worth the price paid. Will look forward to stay there again on future trip to Fukuoka. Lots of great food choices around the JR station & in the station itself. Using the subway next to the Hakata JR station brought us to various places of interest & an great experience at a yatai for dinner.

The front desk staff are helpful, particularly Ms Punam. She gone the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. Buffet breakfast spread was a mix of Japanese and Western and well cooked. Mr. Suresh from the restaurant is very attentive. He remembers my decafe coffee every morning without asking for it.

Room is a little dated, and room lights could have been brighter. En suite space is considered small for us, Asian too. But on the whole, room is clean, love the bed with 2 big fluffy pillows.

Conveniently located near Hakata station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect breakfast, both Japanese and continental. There's a gym, which is not very common in Fukuoka, and although not very modern, good enough to keep you going.

Carpet in the room could use an update. Other than that, nothing to mention.

One of our elderly travellers was unwell and had to live off konbini instant noodles and takeaway udon soups. The counter staff not only helped to heat up everything, but also plated it and personally sent it up to the room with utensils and napkin and tray. Another one of our party had their shopping delivered to the hotel, and the counter staff was able to hold it for us. We appreciate their service and understanding very much.

The aircon vanes are angled straight up at the ceiling. Air circulation in the room could be better and it took awhile to reach a nice cool temperature.

loved my breakfast in the restaurant, loved my room, the staff is very helpful. My whole team comes every year for business from America and we stay 2-3 nights, this is our 5th year/stay.

It would be nice to have a coin operated laundry machine to use. We are traveling for work, and have a specific budget for laundry. It is the one item I wish the hotel had.

Experience was superb the location is walking distance to Hakata Station and many convenient stores like Lawson, 7eleven surrounding the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast as well. It gives the feel of Fukuoka. will definitely recommend the property to family and friends.

Excellent location and good size of the room

To set up a self serve laundry will be more convenient for the travelers .

The bathroom and toilet in our club room are located seperately making it convenient for the two of us.

The lighting was too dim. The TV offered English language only sporadically.
