Large clean room, friendly staffs that were very helpful ( for example the Ms. Viesha and En Emi from Makan cafe ) , courteous , the location

1. The in-room cable tv has only few channels. I wish that Hilton will provide VOD in the future. 2. The shower piping made quite a noise and there were times water would suddenly stopped flowing during shower. 3. For family with a lot of luggages parking at level 5 or 6, and checking in at level 12 is not very convenient.

A bit far away from the main attractions if you are walking.

Breakfast very good, please be aware, that there are limited western choices. Malaysian buffet at Saturday evening excellent Good communication, things can go wrong but staff is doing their best to straighten out things and solve issues.

The Italian Restaurant is very BAD. Service is a mess, to be left with your table spoon for your desert should give you an idea. My eateries around the corner in PJ, which serve pasta and pizza are making a much better job, in short the performance of the kitchen is an embarrassment as well. Lounge dinner a la carte was average at 5 star pricing......

Room = Pretty basic and comfortable. Breakfast = The Menu was pretty basic as well.

Pillow = were too soft where most of them time head sinked inside the pillow, slightly had neck sprained. Toiletries = Could have add more like a comb, tiny sewing kit and etc Kids room club = Notice some of the toys were broken Kids pool = Less sitting area, as the other entire family will be seated in the area and another guest has no place to sit. Breakfast = During my stay, I notice there wasn't much Indian variety. I had stayed in Double Tree by Hilton In Johor Bahru, the breakfast was more variety including desserts. Desserts in Melaka was not many.

The one really great thing i experienced was that my request was attended to by your Manager, En Ansari Razali. At first no one responded to my request to have both rooms close to each other and wanted to put me on separate floors. When i checked in, the front desk said that if i want to have both rooms close to each other i have to downgrade one room, which DID NOT make sense to me. En Ansari really attempted to help me by ultimately putting both rooms on the same floor and upgraded one room for me. Which is much appreciated.

room 1401 had a musky smell to it and was really apparent when we went in. But did not want to make too much of a fuss already so we accepted it.

Location was okay, took us about 15 mins (with traffic) drive out to Mahkota Parade / Dataran Pahlawan The buffet spread at ‘’makan kitchen” for breakfast & dinner was superb with wide selections of food to choose from. Room was clean and well maintained with working amenities. Hotel staffs customer service were top notch!!

shower dial was faulty, the hotel send us a technician to check but there’s nothing much that could done so we jus had to bear with the hot water for our daily showering :’( hope they fix it soon for room #15-11

Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Shower has good water pressure. Breakfast was great which included many vegetarian options for my mum to try. Staff at the front desk were friendly. We also had dinner at Tosca restaurant located on the 13th floor of Doubletree by Hilton Melaka which was overall pleasant.

It would been good if the body lotion bottle in the bathroom has been checked and refilled prior to our stay as it was already empty when I tried to pump the bottle. Secondly, the signage to the Lobby of the hotel at the car park could be improved to make it more visible for hotel guests.

It’s double tree so there’s min standard which is good. I’ve stayed here couple of times and always a pleasurable stay. The staffs were superb and managed to pull together the bday deco I requested. I appreciate them for this.

However I do have to make a feedback that the bday deco request wasn’t a last min request. In fact I reached out to front desk way in advance but the email that they gave me was not responsive, I end up messaging them on booking.com with tardiness in response as well. Whoever managing the messaging should be timely and must ensure whoever responsible for query is responding back. The management needs to start renovating the rooms as they appear to be a little dated now. The standard pillows are bad, tho we can order the type of pillow we want which is subject to availability I do feel guests should be given proper pillow by default- we are paying premium so pls step up, I remember getting similar pillow in a 3 star hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at Hilton Maleka! The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. But what truly made our experience stand out was the outstanding service from the entire staff. From the concierge to the check-in desk, breakfast front desk, ushers, waiters, waitresses, chefs, and even the person in charge of the Makan Place (Mr. Ramesh), everyone was warm, friendly, and always wore a smile. We were thoroughly impressed! Mr. Ramesh deserves a special mention for his exceptional attentiveness and personalized service. The chef from the Chinese section went above and beyond to introduce the dishes to my wife, which was a lovely touch. Ms. Fazlin at the front desk was also incredibly helpful, ensuring our requests were met and our luggage was transferred to our new room seamlessly. Overall, our experience at Hilton Maleka was truly unforgettable. The staff's genuine hospitality and dedication to excellence made all the difference. We can't wait to return!
