- Nice hotel with spacious rooms and relatively modern. - We were on honeymoon to got free room upgrade and little cake which was very nice from them! - Location is a bit removed from city centre which is nice on one hand as you are more removed from the hectic/noisy downtown but on the other side, the neighbourhood of the hotel is very quiet and run-down so not too many alternatives to eat/coffee. City centre is less than 10mins by Grab though (1 or 2 euros so very cheap)

I am very disappointed with my recent stay. 1. We booked 1 room for 3 adults, but no extra bed, towels, or toothbrushes were provided. Instead, we were told we had to pay extra for these, which is unreasonable since the booking clearly stated 3 adults. 2. The noise from rain on level 27 was extremely loud and disrupted our rest. 3. The Front Office staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When I asked why we were being charged extra despite booking for 3 adults, the only answer given was “You must book directly under the hotel.” This is unacceptable, as the payment for 3 adults should already include the necessary amenities without forcing guests to share. This experience was far below expectations, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve service quality.

The staff were friendly and helpful — when we booked a twin room for three persons and added an extra bed, they kindly upgraded our booking to include free breakfast, which we really appreciated. Cleanliness of the room was good, the beds were comfortable, and we received welcome cookies upon arrival. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices. The surroundings were generally quiet, and free parking was available (just remember to validate your card).

The location is not near many attractions, with only a few nearby restaurants and shops. The mall in the building is still not open, so there is not much to explore nearby. During our stay, the unit above us was quite noisy. The single beds were actually deluxe singles, which could fit two slim people if acceptable, so next time it might be worth checking the room first before requesting an extra bed. The shower head in the bathroom could not stay in position — when adjusted to a higher point, it kept sliding down, making it hard to use, so we had to rely on the overhead shower instead.

Large clean room, friendly staffs that were very helpful ( for example the Ms. Viesha and En Emi from Makan cafe ) , courteous , the location

1. The in-room cable tv has only few channels. I wish that Hilton will provide VOD in the future. 2. The shower piping made quite a noise and there were times water would suddenly stopped flowing during shower. 3. For family with a lot of luggages parking at level 5 or 6, and checking in at level 12 is not very convenient.

The location is excellent, and there is a good variety of breakfast options available.

During breakfast, both of us briefly left our table to refill our food, leaving our half-full mugs of coffee behind. When we returned, we found that our table had been cleared without anyone checking if we were done — including our coffees being taken away. I asked one of the waiters, and while he explained that he didn’t realize we hadn’t finished, which is understandable, what followed was not. He went to the back and returned with two mugs of coffee, claiming they were ours. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since one of the mugs was clearly a different color and not the one we had. I chose not to make a fuss, but of course, we didn’t drink the coffee. This kind of service raises concerns about hygiene and basic customer respect.

Breakfast very good, please be aware, that there are limited western choices. Malaysian buffet at Saturday evening excellent Good communication, things can go wrong but staff is doing their best to straighten out things and solve issues.

The Italian Restaurant is very BAD. Service is a mess, to be left with your table spoon for your desert should give you an idea. My eateries around the corner in PJ, which serve pasta and pizza are making a much better job, in short the performance of the kitchen is an embarrassment as well. Lounge dinner a la carte was average at 5 star pricing......

A bit far away from the main attractions if you are walking.

Room = Pretty basic and comfortable. Breakfast = The Menu was pretty basic as well.

Pillow = were too soft where most of them time head sinked inside the pillow, slightly had neck sprained. Toiletries = Could have add more like a comb, tiny sewing kit and etc Kids room club = Notice some of the toys were broken Kids pool = Less sitting area, as the other entire family will be seated in the area and another guest has no place to sit. Breakfast = During my stay, I notice there wasn't much Indian variety. I had stayed in Double Tree by Hilton In Johor Bahru, the breakfast was more variety including desserts. Desserts in Melaka was not many.

The one really great thing i experienced was that my request was attended to by your Manager, En Ansari Razali. At first no one responded to my request to have both rooms close to each other and wanted to put me on separate floors. When i checked in, the front desk said that if i want to have both rooms close to each other i have to downgrade one room, which DID NOT make sense to me. En Ansari really attempted to help me by ultimately putting both rooms on the same floor and upgraded one room for me. Which is much appreciated.

room 1401 had a musky smell to it and was really apparent when we went in. But did not want to make too much of a fuss already so we accepted it.
