I have to say we went off season and for that it was just perfect. The beach by the hotel is beautiful and breathtaking. There are 3 pools, one mainly used by kids, the second one is mixed with young and older and the third one is adults only. We really appreciated that. In general I would say that I would come again - I could see though, that in high season some areas could get a bit crowded such as the morning buffet or the pool sunbeds…I want to point out that the people at the pool bar were excepionally friend and made this stay unforgetable.

There is a Starbucks in the Hotel and the lady working there was extremly unfriendly. It was quite shocking and I never went back.

Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing views, pools and beach access, plus a very comfortable bed in a lovely room with a great power shower. Felt like true paradise.

Main downfall was that the food was very expensive for the quality of it. There was construction work going on during my stay which meant it was too noisy to relax around the main pool in the day… this didn’t really matter for me though as there was another adults only pool and the beach to use instead, and my room was nowhere near the construction, it may have been more of a problem for those with a room closer to the construction.

- Easily accessible location with grocery stores and a few restaurants nearby. It is also worth visiting the Maya museum which is just next door. - Most of the rooms have at least a partial view on the ocean which is truly beautiful. - The free on-site parking is very convenient. - The breakfast was amazing: a lot of variety in the options from the classics to local specialties and everything was delicious. The breafast venue is on the top of a building with circular panorama on the ocean. - There are two on-site restaurants: an Italian and an Argentinian. The Italian isn’t a big deal if one has been to Italy but the Argentinian however is spot on. Make sure to reserve your place well in advance as they are always full (or arrive at opening). - The hotel has sun beds available on the beach.

- The layout of the property with the many buildings is a complete maze. There are only a very few maps to find where you are and it is easy to get lost. - There hasn’t been a route to our room without stairs which was a little inconvenient when dragging our luggages. - There was no hot water in our room before 8 am on any day. - I wish the allergens had been labelled for the food at breakfast. - As a European, I truly hate the tipping culture going on here. I’d only tip if the service had been exceptional but here everyone seems to demand a tip for even the slightest help. It is really confusing when and how much to tip.

Great location, food was excellent. Room was ok had a constant drat and noise of the wind through the patio doors. Room was a little tired but clean

Suppose to be that it was all inclusive but when I ordered room service it was charged on my bill.

loved the all inclusive option, the best part was the extra activities like the fire show and karaoke.

If I could change anything about the trip I would probably have more free seating available in the sunny areas, and change the buffet selection on different days to offer different food instead of all the food every day that way more effort is put on a smaller selection so it is maintained and kept warmer than it was.

They upgraded us to an ocean view suite. So everything was great! The room was super comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was also really nice.

Nothing

I enjoyed the stay, the room were clean. Staff was very nice and location of the hotel is nice too. It is closer to the airport than the majority of the hotel zone. The beach was great, and we did not have lots of rocks like many other hotels down south from Emporio.

I did not quite like how the thermostat works at the room. Also we had a few times a problem with the warm water at around 10 PM, I guess during peak hours. However, considering how hot it is in Cancun, it feels good to take refreshing showers :)

We liked the swim up bar, the beautiful views of the turquoise waters, and the more laid back atmosphere than at some of the more corporate chains. We were just there a couple of days for my sister to get her scuba certification, but it was a great location - right near a historical-cultural museum, walking distance from the dive shop (Manta divers - recommend) and an easy bus ride to great restaurants and anything you might want to do in Cancun.
