Nice hotel with cosy rooms and soft beds. Check in/out was smooth and access easy thanks to key card. The location is perfect and it is usually so hard to find an affordable room in this area of London or in London in general.

There are ear plugs next to the bed and I am afraid there is a reason for that. During weekend nights the street is really loud with people coming home from pubs and motorbike posers on testosterone. Of course not the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind. Weekdays might be much better and during the day it was super quiet. It gets of course better with the windows closed but in summer it can get a bit hot.

We stayed here after a day at Wimbledon. It's a small hotel but very clean and the room had a comfortable bed and all the facilities you need such as tea and coffee making, hairdryer, fan etc. The hotel has a small number of parking spaces which are at the front of the hotel access through a gate off the main road. This cost £10 and we had to pre book it but was very handy. We were able to drop the car off and get checked in early which was great. There is no restaurant but we had a lovely breakfast in the Lockdown Cafe just across the road.

The road outside was a little noisy but didn't keep us awake.

The location of the hotel is great. The tube is really close, as well as Clapham Park, which was quite frequently used by the locals, with events, small shops for refreshments as well as local sports.

The interior in the building could use a refurbish, or a bit of paint. When entering the building, it looks a little bit torn, but not necessarily in a bad sense. It's still overall in good condition, but it'll be more visible in time.

Good location: just 2 mins to the subway, Northern (black) line. Convenient way to the city center. Ability to check-in on your own. Very clear instructions for check-ins and check-outs. Friendly staff, good internet connection. In the apartment there is a living room (books and TV, comfy couch, closet for stuff), a fully equipped kitchen (you can buy food in M&S or Tesco nearby), bathroom with shower, and a cosy sleeping room. Very warm and quiet place. I can rest very well here. For London, it's great quality for this price. Great prices in the winter season! You can comfortably stay here even for a week.

I can honestly say, I was so impressed with everything. From initial messages through Booking,com about our booking, to the very easy check in , to the lovely comfortable rooms and warm welcoming staff - Thelma in particular. Brilliant location - literally just a few minutes from the tube. The room was clean and fresh. Lovely shower. My parents had a double room which was lovely. Mine was a single and it was still a lovely size. It is close to where my daughter now lives, so I will definitely use it again.

Great value for money. Easy check-in and check-out. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Towels, hair dryer, body wash, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate are provided. There was enough space for our little one to play next to the bed. The shower was small but was not a problem for us. The hotel was very close to the tube station. The cafe (Bakehouse) next to the hotel was good, convenient to grab coffee on the way to the tube station. We managed to reserve a parking spot for £10 a night (plenty of car parks nearby on JustPark in case not available). We will definitely stay here again.

Very cosy hotel in a great location with easy transport links to central London and on-site parking. Check-in process was very easy with detailed instructions sent out in advance and our room was always serviced when we came back from our adventures even when we didn’t leave until the early afternoon. Great, cosy hotel room with beautiful bay windows and well-equipped including a fridge. Would definitely stay again!

Only a couple of tiny niggles, the bathroom sink tap was a little temperamental and I personally would have preferred a different kind of mattress on the bed. But these are really secondary to how nice the rest of the experience was.

Very comfortable and clean- the room was a decent size and smelt very clean and fresh on arrival! The parking was extremely handy (ensure to pre book as limited space!) and the hotel is in a great location (shops, places to eat, petrol station and tube station all extremely close). As the hotel is on a main road ear plugs are provided, however we stayed in a ground floor room facing the road and didn’t need the earplugs! The room had a smart tv with netflix, YouTube etc. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Immaculately clean. Although the room was compact, it did have everything we required. Fridge, tea coffee making facilities, bathroom small but perfectly adequate even had radox shower gel. Shower was super hot and powerful. Room was warm but had thermostat which quickly adjusted the radiator. Top floor room so was quiet. Also reserved a parking space for £10 in advance- basically they have a garage with room for two cars- if you are pretty adept at parking in tight spaces. My car is a mid size Cupra. There is a manoeuvring space so I could reverse park so not reversing out onto busy main Rd. Was only car there so if another one had arrived could have been interesting if they were not great at parking. The reason I mention this is because this cinched the deal for us. The staff were great, and as I said the place was immaculate! Very near facilities- we were able to walk 10 mins down the road to a gorgeous breakfast place, eat and then still be checked out by 11am. There are loads of cafés and eateries around. Rumble of the tube from early morning- but it's London!

Bed was short - probably small double so not ideal , hubbie 6'2 had to sleep diagonally. Mattress was a bit too firm for my liking but pillows good. But really pleased with the place and would stay again.

There was no staff on-site, and I had to call for assistance to access the property, though everything went smoothly afterward. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi available, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these points, it served its purpose for a simple and comfortable overnight stop.
