Convenient location right close the train station. Comfortable to reach city center via underground or buses. Nice breakfast.

Early morning emergency due to severe water leakage between first and second floors. Lack of information,we evacuated our family ourselves when the pieces of ceiling started to fall down and the water started to get in the room carpet. We literally needed an umbrella to get in/out the room We got kids first to be safe and returned back to check the room, get our stuff and escaped when more of the ceiling started to fall down while water splashing down.. Big thanks to Kevin at reception who handled guests queries with care and patience. Job well done!

It was close to Wandsworth Town train and Bus Route 44. All facilities such as supermarket close by. The beds were comfortable and room spacious. All the staff were friendly. I thought the gentleman Luke who kept the breakfast areas and tables clean, did a great job. Thanks for a great stay.

Some of the breakfast items not available on most of the days we stayed there. Fire door in the breakfast area left open, and our hot food was basically cold by the time we got to our table. Unfortunately for us, there were a huge group of young school rugby players staying in the motel, at the same time. They ate quite a lot of the breakfast items, and some of these weren't restocked for other paying guests.

Price was good, breakfast was great, the room was clean.

One of the elevator door was not working properly. When it got to floor one, it announced “reception “, the door opened and as soon as you start to walk through the door very quickly shut on me knocking me to the other side. I received a big bruise on the side of my thigh. I told the receptionist and he replied that nothing was wrong with the elevator. I told my brother-in-law, who was traveling with us. He said that the same thing happened to him. I was very frustrated and disappointed that the receptionist did not take it seriously especially since if that were to happen to a child it could result in serious injury

Good value for money and the room was very accessible for my mom who I was travelling with and has mobility issues. Also had two dogs with us and they were happy with the room! Very quiet, couldn't hear other guests which also meant that dogs weren't disturbed. We also extended our stay which was easily accommodated by the front desk and were able to stay in our same room.

The reception area was nice but as soon as you left that area to go to the lifts to go to the rooms it was a bit dirty. Food on the floor in the lift as an example and it was still there several hours later. The room still had previous guests rubbish in the bin when we entered which wasn't great either. Very limited food and drink options in the hotel and around it. Only a petrol station and McDonalds nearby.

Very nice hotel. Staff very polite and helpful, all of them I encountered. Room had plenty of space, decent heating. Good location, one bus away from central London and not a long journey. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Nice tea and coffee spread in room. Bathroom very good size. Quiet hotel. Breakfast didn't feel rushed to leave the area by the finish time of 10am.

The bathroom could do with a deep clean and an update unfortunately. The taps and shower head was not very clean, didn't bother us much but could others. Went down to breakfast at 0930, half hour before it ended. Most juice had gone. Beans had gone and eggs. Waited around 20 minutes for them to be restocked but this didn't happen. This was a shame.

The parking charges. I was informed parking was £20 per night. When I arrived we gave car registration. Next morning we wanted to go for a walk after checking out. I asked if was ok to leave the car until our return. No lust of charges that I could see, and no warning from staff that I asked that it would cost £50 if we went over 24 hours (in fact just by 30 minutes). A horrible surprise and one that was avoidable had they had a notice at reception.

Everything I have marked were absolutely fine.

1.There should be some different menus on different days of the breakfast. It was exactly same on all the days of stay. 2. When booking is done, please keep some columns with the booking company (a) on purpose of the visit ,(b) venue of meeting/s, (c) or free moving? This will help to locate distance from the hotel to the venue. Once it is known, one can choose the same property closer to the venue. Otherwise there is huge expenditure on the commutation itself. 3. The check out time should be officially more than what is there in the present hotel. One hour grace is not enough.

Easy to find, good location, clean & comfortable room, friendly staff on reception (especially Jacob) he is a great asset to the hotel. Shower exceptional, lots of towels, tea, coffee & milk topped up on the second day & room cleaned. Bed very comfy with lush pillows. Breakfast gorgeous, frequently topped up, lots to choose from & hot.

Parking £50 for 2 night stay, no discount for staying at that hotel. Room was a little cold at night especially the sofa pull out bed with it being next to window not a big problem though so never contacted reception. Breakfast area quite cool also , so breakfast went cold quickly. Cleaner very prompt bang on 11 am knocking on the door for us to vacate, whilst we were gathering our children & belongings. Most places are a little more lenient. Not a lot of storage in the room for clothing etc, when there's 4 people in there it's cramped.

Room was a very good size, double bed, sofa, desk, tv unit ans still so much space in there. Jacob on reception was very kind and welcoming, even printed us a map of what public transport to take as unfamiliar with the area. Only a 20 min train to London Waterloo, location was perfect too. Will be staying here again on next trip

Was slightly disappointing that Booking.com has the incorrect pricing for the carpark. The hotel receptionist informed us of the dialy rate, as he was so kind about it we did not kick up a fuss. But this really needs to be updated as some people may not be so understanding.

This was a quick one night visit. The hotel was easily accessible via public transport. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. I give this review high marks because it satisfied our requirements with access to Gatwick from Clapham station early the next morning. Staying here represented great value. Breakfast was included but we couldn't indulge as it started as we were heading out of the door. There is a McDonald's across the road that is 24 hours. The twin room was a good size, clean, Nas had temp control. Bathroom was in excellent condition too.
