Good value large and comfortable rooms. Well located in Chelsea/Fulham

Have to check in from a different part of the complex to the room, about a 5 minute walk each time you have to go to reception and the up escalators don't work to get to reception anyway. The electronic room keys stopped working 3 times and with a 5 minute walk to get this fixed, it became tedious.

The hotel itself is really pretty good. Room very comfortable, great bed and shower. Perfect location accessible to all transport. Security wonderful.

Honestly, staff could take some tips from Babylon Hotel in The Hague. Just not warm and genuine. Not nasty or rude, just missing that ability to interact.

Starting from when we arrived till we left, we really enjoyed the stay and the interactions with the personnel. 10 stars for cleanliness and attention to detail The hotel is very close to the Tube/Subway PLUS there is a 24 hrs bus route - with a stop almost in front of the hotel - so I recommend it for ease and safety of transport/ travelling to and from the huge attractions in London. *Our bags were safely and nicely guarded till our room was available.... *FC Chelsea's stadium is a huge attraction in itself - and although we are no particular fans, we appreciated the location a lot Really liked the breakfast - we literally had a version of the Full English every morning :). Sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, hash brown, (bacon and tomatoes as well). (some other options available upon request). We also took advantage of a few options of juices and sweet pastry, some slices of cheese and ham. Fresh orange juice was a nice surprise ----and the blue morning lemonade to celebrate Chelsea's win the previous night was good fun / a lovely touch. Most of the personnel was extremely professional. I liked literally everybody except perhaps 1

I was worried the twin beds were a bit unsteady (with tall, double mattresses) - however, no incident was noted :) One of the personnel from the breakfast room was easily visible as not as professional as all others -- and the only other mention I could make is that one day (of the 6) the coffee tasted really bad. The furniture in our room looked and felt very "senior" ---nothing to suffer from, really

The staff were really polite and helpful. The duty manager/supervisor Was really good and helpful for anything we needed.

The breakfast situation was an awful experience! I think i had to pay £28 for me and my son and we were in a Queue for 25 minutes only to find no plates available, no food in the trays! All the breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful. My young son had to sit on his own in the breakfast room for most of the breakfast, because only the odd tray of food finally arrived to be served and j had to keep getting up and joining another Queue repeatedly in order to access the individual food items. I was the worst breakfast experience in my life. And in all honesty i should have requested a refund, but it was too busy and the staff weren't available to even talk to.

Fantastic hotel, right by the Chelsea stadium. An hour or so walk, or 20 minute taxi from Hyde park and central London.

The hotel overall was really clean however the bed frame and the chairs in the rooms were filthy with what I hoped were tea stains

Large comfortable room with delicious air con in the heatwave. The bathroom was quite nice, well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good overall. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful. We had a room service meal that was very good.

The address given for the property was confusing and google maps directed us to the middle of the street a block beyond the complex that houses the hotel. If we were football fans, we probably would have understood the significance of the hotel’s connection to Chelsea and its location alongside the stadium behind barriers to control foot traffic. The breakfast coffee was truly terrible.

Room: The room was comfortable and clean. Had all the basic amenities, tea and coffee, biscuits. However, the room probably needs upgrading. Good wi-Fi connection. The window opened, which I liked. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of hot and cold options and fresh fruits. The service was prompt, and the dining area was well-organized. The bar/restaurant area towards the dining area looks stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxation or casual meetings. Location, Nice area with plenty of restaurants, the underground station 6 minutes’ walk away that linked to all areas in London. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay and a helpful staff.

The standard room could do with an upgrade, refurbishment with more modern furniture. The price was higher than expected for the type of room. I guess you are paying for the location on Chelsea grounds.

It was a wonderful location that you can go many touristic place with only one bus or train. Area of hotel is closest to Chelsea stad and area was very good. The room is very good, big and clean. Especially the bathroom is great and big. If you arrive earlier than 3.00 pm they take your luggage in a very safe area and after check out also you can give your luggage at the hotel reception and you can take anytime. There are always many people in the reception to luggage or help, with a smile face. I was very happy to stay in Stamford Bridge Hotel.

Staying at Stamford Bridge Hotel was an unforgettable experience, especially because we are passionate Chelsea fans! The location is unbeatable, right next to the iconic stadium, making it a dream stay for any true Blue. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with incredibly comfortable beds that made our stay even better. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance was impressive, ensuring a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The staff was warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making us feel right at home. Waking up and seeing Stamford Bridge just outside was a surreal experience – something every Chelsea supporter should experience at least once. For any true Chelsea fan, this hotel is simply perfect. We can’t wait to come back! 💙

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were especially comfy, which made our nights extra relaxing. The location is also a plus: just a short walk to the metro station, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to get around the city. We didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing, however, there were two things that felt a bit odd. Upon check-in, we were charged a £1 as some "security fee", but it wasn’t clearly explained what it was for. We also only received one entry card for our room, even though other guests at the reception seemed to get two and weren’t charged the same fee. It wasn’t a big issue, but it did stand out.
