The Superior family room was spacious and had an additional bed settee. The bed was comfy and bathroom well appointed. It was convenient for Putney. The staff were helpful.

The reception was small and uninviting. The breakfast room was reasonable. However the continental breakfast was truly awful. The receptionist had to go out twice and replace the curdled milk and buy more white sliced bread (no brown). We were down early and there were only 2 slices of cheese. The croissants were stiff. It was an automatic coffee machine that made poor coffee.

Staff very accommodating and excellent service. Drawer was broken in our room and so they moved us in to upgraded room down the hall. Allowed us to check out half hour later for no extra charge. Very good service. Very friendly. Nice shower. Comfy bed Great location right in the centre of putney. Next to the train station and a plethora of restaurants and bars.

The room has a balcony but sadly this was not allowed to be used. I don't think it was advertised with a balcony so nothing less than expected but just a shame the balconies can't be used.

The room was nice and comfy. It was clean but it could be cleaner, I'm personaly satisfied with overall experience. The staff was really kind and ready to help. The underground train stations are near so a great location, you can be in central london in like 20mins.

the room service only emptied the trash and tidied up a little bit but didn't make the bed. I'm used that the bed is made by room service staff in other hotels that I visited. And one thing that could be a problem to someone is that the toilet wasn't flushed when we got our room so there was urine visible, everything else was tidied and cleaned so I didn't request a new room but just to point it out.

Very good location,close to tube and train to access central London. Was as described in the listing. It is situated on the upper Richmond road close to Putney high street. We went realising that there would be noise from the road as this is an urban area,but we did not find it intrusive and slept well. Great welcome from reception person who was very helpful

The stairs to room are steep and narrow,they do however offer a lift as well so not a major issue.

Good price, boutique hotel, staff is great, decent size room, location is prime close to the train station 20 min away from waterloo, clean room, aircon, iron, tv (just sat channels), didnt try nor see any food or coffee, overall price for accommodation you get more than what you pay, specially in London

Small pillows, no soap or shower gel on the bathroom, I requested one to be delivered, they brought me shampoo only, no hairdresser on the bathroom .

It was a great location for us as our family live in Putney, I like how it’s so close to the train station perfect for getting around London

Unfortunately it was a hit few days and the air condition wasn’t working but the staff were so accommodating and they provided us with a fan, and offered us complimentary breakfasts We had a room at the frim of the hotel which was very noisy

Well cleaned, organized, good view, spacious rooms, spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi, good and quiet location. The soap used by the hotel is very fragrant, I really liked it!

There was no microwave, the mini fridge didn't keep the food cold, the balcony door wasn't open to enjoy the view and there was no key in the room to open it, there were only 2 pillows in the room, if you put 4 pillows the experience would be better.

Lovely stay, excellent location

We stayed here for one nights in April. A really lovely hotel in a great location in Putney Close by to all the shops, restaurants and bars. Close to station and any amenities you might need. The rooms were lovely, very spacious with plenty of room and very clean. Breakfast was super with lots of choice, staff very attentive and friendly across our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was amazing so comfortable, shower was great huge bathroom and space all round .. the balcony was a good choice. We would definitely stay again

The tv was basic it said it was a smart tv no Netflix. The room was ridiculous cold .. no heating! Only two teas given .. there was a dirty towel on the balcony. The sensor light was a joke there’s no need for one .

Wonderful staff,very friendly and helpful and any request was dealt with immediately.

Breakfast was nice,a microwave would have been useful to heat milk,croissants, etc. Bedroom nets and curtains need attention
