Good location, clean,. Fair price ok room. Quiet. Reasonable breakfast. Helpful staff.

Car parking can be very expensive. There needs to be a rate per day that allows you to come and go

Convenient location right close the train station. Comfortable to reach city center via underground or buses. Nice breakfast.

Early morning emergency due to severe water leakage between first and second floors. Lack of information,we evacuated our family ourselves when the pieces of ceiling started to fall down and the water started to get in the room carpet. We literally needed an umbrella to get in/out the room We got kids first to be safe and returned back to check the room, get our stuff and escaped when more of the ceiling started to fall down while water splashing down.. Big thanks to Kevin at reception who handled guests queries with care and patience. Job well done!

Perfect location to stay for Wimbledon. We took an Uber and arrived in about 15 minutes. Local shops around you too. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Hotel was extremely clean. Refreshments in the room, complimentary toiletries were good. You can actually open a window which our normal one we stay in there is not that option. Comfy beds with choice of soft or harder pillows. Room was cleaned to a very high standard. Perfect hotel stay. The only problem was the air conditioning was not working but you had a fan and they let me know before my stay and also again when I checked in, personally it didn’t bother me at all and they are trying to get this sorted. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was great, apart from an encounter with a quite rude staff member in the breakfast area on the first morning. Although they didn't directly speak with me, they were shouting at guests who were trying to use the coffee machine, and also giving sarcastic answers to elderly folk asking them a question about the breakfast options, which also prompted another guest to quietly murmur "how rude". I thought that they were maybe just having a bad day, or that someone had said something offensive to them. But that is giving them the benefit of doubt; their service and attitude didn't reflect any of the other staff encountered during the stay, who were friendly and helpful.

It was close to Wandsworth Town train and Bus Route 44. All facilities such as supermarket close by. The beds were comfortable and room spacious. All the staff were friendly. I thought the gentleman Luke who kept the breakfast areas and tables clean, did a great job. Thanks for a great stay.

Some of the breakfast items not available on most of the days we stayed there. Fire door in the breakfast area left open, and our hot food was basically cold by the time we got to our table. Unfortunately for us, there were a huge group of young school rugby players staying in the motel, at the same time. They ate quite a lot of the breakfast items, and some of these weren't restocked for other paying guests.

Price was good, breakfast was great, the room was clean.

One of the elevator door was not working properly. When it got to floor one, it announced “reception “, the door opened and as soon as you start to walk through the door very quickly shut on me knocking me to the other side. I received a big bruise on the side of my thigh. I told the receptionist and he replied that nothing was wrong with the elevator. I told my brother-in-law, who was traveling with us. He said that the same thing happened to him. I was very frustrated and disappointed that the receptionist did not take it seriously especially since if that were to happen to a child it could result in serious injury

Good value for money and the room was very accessible for my mom who I was travelling with and has mobility issues. Also had two dogs with us and they were happy with the room! Very quiet, couldn't hear other guests which also meant that dogs weren't disturbed. We also extended our stay which was easily accommodated by the front desk and were able to stay in our same room.

The reception area was nice but as soon as you left that area to go to the lifts to go to the rooms it was a bit dirty. Food on the floor in the lift as an example and it was still there several hours later. The room still had previous guests rubbish in the bin when we entered which wasn't great either. Very limited food and drink options in the hotel and around it. Only a petrol station and McDonalds nearby.

Nice location. Decent view. Close to train station to get into London easier. Next to petrol station + 24/7 Maccies. Breakfast was great, always had lots and decent amount to choose from. Staff always super friendly and welcoming.

There weren't many outlets in the room. We had 2 outlets to share between 2 people - which normally is fine, but we had quite a few electronics to charge so even one more would have been nice.

All of the staff were very warm and friendly. We had a lovely room on the ground floor at the end of the hall, so there would be no noise of passing guests. When we experienced a problem in the room, it was investigated and the night manager did everything he could to resolve the issue and compensate us.

I was offered a refund and it would have been straightforward if I'd waited to pay at the hotel, but because I paid Booking.com, the matter still hasn't been resolved. I have no direct issue with the hotel and would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Staff very polite and helpful, all of them I encountered. Room had plenty of space, decent heating. Good location, one bus away from central London and not a long journey. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Comfortable bed. Nice tea and coffee spread in room. Bathroom very good size. Quiet hotel. Breakfast didn't feel rushed to leave the area by the finish time of 10am.

The bathroom could do with a deep clean and an update unfortunately. The taps and shower head was not very clean, didn't bother us much but could others. Went down to breakfast at 0930, half hour before it ended. Most juice had gone. Beans had gone and eggs. Waited around 20 minutes for them to be restocked but this didn't happen. This was a shame.
