We enjoyed our stay, it was very convenient for us to choose this hotel because of the location and the airport shuttle, and nearby shopping center, it was also nice to swim in the pool.

This is not related to hotel, just to warn customers of the safety issues, locals have noticed that foreigners walk to nearby mall so they might use opportunity to steal money while you are on your way to or back to hotel, don't believe anybody, even if they pretend to be security guards or any other kind of "official" officer, even if saying that they work with hotel, use uber, taxi to go to mall, don't walk unless you are familiar with the safety issues.

Rightfully placed to what the family intended to do on this particular occasion.

It was in the night my Son had a tummy ache possibly from what he ate. I called reception for assistance and the staff member on duty was very impolite, unhelpful, and very rude. He/she sounded like it, wasn’t at work in the way he didn’t regard what was at hand. When I asked to speak to someone else I was put on endless hold, thereafter as I still tried to call reception wasn’t picking up anymore can you IMAGINE how appalling a service this was and for this I could have rated all 0 - guests in a foreign land, requiring medical intervention and with such a devastating response from what’s meant to be an international accommodation and service provider!!!!!

I was amazed that though directly under the flight path of landing jets you could not hear them from inside the hotel. It was smart, clean, and served our purpose well.

Booked a shuttle for 4:30am, but when we got down to the lobby at 4:25am and were told it had already left. We then waited for the 5am shuttle. Fortunately we weren't late for the flight because the airport wasn't busy at the time. Staff didn't reply to my request regarding early check-in, and we then ended up wasting R260 on using an Uber to get there. They do, however, answer the phone, I later discovered.

Location is great, closer to amenities. Staff Service is excellent, always willing to assist. Facilities, we enjoyed the pool, gym and the view of the airplane's flying in. An amazing site to see the planes. Rooms are good, bathroom is very clean, there is a mini fridge and tv etc. as expected. Security does its due diligence and the area looks safe. Restaurant, Breakfast was amazing with variety. Ordered Supper and the food was amazing.

Room 315 didn't have a landline. The rooms do not have the basics like a pen, or bible etc. The WIFI was slow. There was only 1 shower cap in the room. The mats look and smell like they are not regularly vacuumed. The restaurant prices are ridiculous. Lunch Buffet for R380pp. But overall, I would definitely come back and I can confidently recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel, and we already have our 3rd trip booked! Great location, very secure parking lot, super friendly and attentive staff, the breakfast is always hot and tastes great, with a decent variety to choose from. We love the shuttle to and from OR Tambo International Airport, makes hauling the luggage for our family of 6 so much easier!

Only complaint we have is the beds could be a bit softer. Pillows and linens are high quality, but the mattress in the last two rooms we have been in have been hard as a rock.

Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was an easy process. Close to the airport. Overall a good place to stay.

Looked like the bar fridge was leaking and had a tray in it for the water. Recommend having this sorted out so that full space of bar fridge can be used We stayed on the 2nd floor so even though there was an elevator which we made use of, it did require us to climb a small flight of stairs to get to the rooms. Not necessarily a problem but something to be aware of.

The bed linen and room were nice and clean. The cleaning lady was very friendly. The parking is safe and secure. Good location, close to Airport.

At check-in on the Friday evening my passport was requested to make a copy of it and then on the following Monday an illegal sim swop was done on my phone, perhaps just a coincidence but I can't help being skeptical as retaining a copy of one's passport is rarely required, and the illegal sim swop was done just after that weekend and has never happened to me before.

The hotel is well located near the O.R Tambo Airport, with its close proximity to the airport, it is highly ideal for travelers who are on quick transit through the city. The hotel provides a good option for meals and drinks, the rooms were well-serviced and clean. Furthermore, the hotel is located near the East Rand Mall which has a diverse number of shops which is essential for one who may need to do quick shopping. I further appreciate the free hotel transfer to the airport & the affordable rates to other places within the city, the driver was extremely friendly and assisted me through my errands in the city. The hotel staff were equally helpful but seemed tired. In conclusion, I recommend the hotel to anyone transiting to Johannesburg, it also has a great planespotting view for all of those Aviation Enthusiasts.

The rooms; are slightly outdated and need renovation. Staff; Seemed tired and passive-aggressive with requests. The Pool; Recommend it to be heated to allow for its increased access in both summer & winter by travelers.

The most I like the people who work there . We got warm welcome from Chris at receiption and very helpful then we got dinner and got great service from lady name start at L . Then the best was in the Moring with service or coffe and so nice gentleman name starting with O and last name S . I don’t remember name but this description should help .

Smell in the wholeway as was some painting done and food in restaurant was not good at all as I said service make this place great

The airport was a short drive away from the airport and we were transferring through - this was perfect. The shuttle is hourly and easy to navigate just outside of the airport. The staff were friendly and switched on about safety in the area - giving advice for anything we needed. Breakfast was affordable and had an excellent selection. Staff were friendly and the room service menu had plenty of choice.
