The location is perfect. Walking distance to lovely beach strip with variety of restaurants and shops. The pool is brilliant and the beach and views are amazing. Night shows were very good and the animation team does a fantastic job. The price for the hotel is very good and is definitely value for money. The negative reviews are from poor people expecting luxury hotel for a cheap price however considering the price of the hotel and adjusting your expectations inline with this it is an amazing hotel. The food in the buffet is plentiful and you can then book into 3 a la carte restaurants which will spread out your stay perfectly, during the day the snack bars provide burgers, chips, pizza and pasta. The hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are very comfortable. I suggest the people making all the negative reviews go book into another resort and pay +€500 a day however, this resort is fantastically priced, provides a great location extremely comfortable and a great food and drink selection.

My only gripe for the hotel is that the staff can be rude and seem very unhappy. In particular a staff member named Alper should be fired, he was extremely rude to all guests and children. He lets the entire resort down and should not remain in employment there.

The the staff , the management were extremely helpful , landed early the gave us a room which was very helpful and extremely good customer service, Food was really fresh and plenty off meals snacks all during the day, Rooms cleaned when needed, Towel's provided for pool, Overall great experience will definitely return and recommend to others.

Only downside lots of drinking by some groups in pool bar area which is in the shallow water we're kid's play, didn't like that atmosphere at times for the the children, I would also like to see a gym area for us fitness fanatics who don't sleep in the morning

- The location is good. The rooms are big, clean, and have a huge balcony. The pools are also big with clean water. - The hotel hit the jackpot with the entertainment team, which was simply amazing and made our evenings perfect. - Perfect celebration for the 15th of July with cake,turkish music and dancers. - Perfect panoramic view from the balcony and the garden.

-Not enough sunbeds. Very small umbrellas that does offer any shadow. - Children pool does not have a waterslide and also is placed in the middle of the sun, - Food is repetitive. No varieties of fruits, mostly melons and apples. Per total, the hotel deserves more than rate 7. If it will add more sunbeds and change the umbrellas with something bigger, it will be excellent.

First line sea hotel with private beach and well organised beach area (free shezlongs, shower, cabin, wc). Has sea activities. There are many sitting and walking sections outside the hotel, with amazing gardens, and there are few outside swimming pools. Great food selection and variety. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is friendly and supportive. Easy to order taxi to Ephesus directly at reception, just make sure to take driver's phone number (if time changes etc.). As a tour operator I concider coming back, absolutely loved staying there 💕

Would be great to have typical bath toiletries sets back to use, not just single shower gel

This was the second time at this resort and comparing with the last time now it was much better, maybe because now we were in June and not in September like last year. We have enjoyed a lot everything, the food was very tasty and plenty for all tastes and people with a lot of dishes from where you can choose. The entertainment team was great, with a lot of activities and things to be done during the day and evening. The staff was professional and there when we need something.

The only thing which can be improved is the bathroom, which needs to be improved.

The hotel was ver good. The territory was very pleasant, everything was green and beautiful around the hotel area. Rooms were clean, food was good and delicious, I just wish it had more diversity and more different dishes. Animators were really good. Especially, Sulo and Zek, they were very friendly, helpful and funny.

Spa - this I do not recommend. Go to sauna if you want to, because this is free, but I do not recommend booking any kind of massage. Massage is not good, it’s definitely not worth the price and also they are lying when they tell you that they have different massages and offer you more expensive, long and mixed massage. I have tried anti-stress and mixed massages (none of them were up to standard) and they were actually the same, practically only hot stones therapy was added. So, I definitely do not recommend massage there.

Good place to spend nice time with your family and do not care about something. It has nice private beach, green area with palms and trees like small park with good pedestrian paths (good to walk with your children). Animation staff helps a lot with good variety of dancing program, competitions, shows for adults and children. Personnel is very welcome and ready to help in any case.

Food selection does not always satisfied us, but anyway we were able to find something to eat and were not hungry. But very often we saw que for meat and pancakes (they may finish in half an hour, if you are late for dinner, you might not find something delicious at all).

the food the location and the crew were amazing especially the animations crew they were doing their best however The hotel itself has kind of an old vibe. I’ll rate it 8.9/10.

After reading all the comments I didn't know what to expect. The moment we arrived we knew we were in paradise. All the staff are super smiling and positive, the food is plentiful and everywhere is clean. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable .

Very nice all inclusive resort with all facilities needed for a holiday

It is a large hotel but there should be some walk- in showers in particular for elderly people as the bath is difficult to get in and there is a risk for falling. A little bit of refreshing in the rooms would be recommended.
