The hotel seems to be rather new and everything looked fresh and clean. One thing that might not be everybody's cup of tea - this is a digital hotel. There is no staff present, small room for lobby hosts a vending machine and a few sitting places. There is no restaurant or bar and breakfast will be a room-service only. The hotel staff was nice enough to include double cappuccinos as we requested.

The room service breakfast served it's purpose (a hot sandwich, yogurt, juice and coffee/tea), but for this kind of price other hotels in Tallinn offer full breakfast and a spa on top of it. The checkout is also early at 11:00, which is OK for weekdays but on weekends one might want to wake late.

1. Despite of contactless check-in, i could reach hostess by phone. 2. Authentic atmosphere, because of these buildings have a long history. 3. Clean, we have been lived for a 2 days, but on the 2nd day room was maked-up. 4. Breakfast, it is not buffet, the food was brought to the room. Coffee/tea, hearty sandwich, lactose free yogurt. 5. Vending coffee machine and snack in the hall. 6. In 400m/3min is located a big grocery store with food court. 7. Shower, like tropical rain, but better than it. 8. Well working ventilation, was not stuffy. 9. Free hotel parking in 20 meters from hotel's entrance. Not secured probably, I did not see any cameras around.

On 2nd day, the breakfast was late for 15-20 minutes, we needed to make a call. But advantages quantity is so big, so this issue is not impact for us. Despite of we could be late for the ferry...

Easy check-in, overall a very convenient no-contact process. Beds were comfy and everything was clean and nice. The building is unique, very cool to see such a modern interior built within a historic place. Warm, modern, well-equipped. With free parking and the hotels location, it was especially convenient as we were travelling by car and seeking to avoid the city centre. Would definitely stay there again!

Slight confusion with the address - the entrance is on the other side of the house/different street than the address provided in Booking. But if you just search by the hotel name in Maps, no problems in finding it :)

The luxuary of having a bed made and a private bathroom at a location wanted. Silent. Breakfast brought to the room - see the last picture describing the hotel.

Morning bottle of juice was not chilled. Panini bread was good but I would have chosen full grain - low fat bread. Yogurt and coffee were good. There was a temperature screen but nothing seemed to happen when I wanted to lower the temperature. Building construction and sand outdoors. Daylight but no view - however, that did not disturb a good night’s sleep.

A goegeous building with a renovation carried out in a beautiful way. Also very comfy beds and the shower was lovely. Easy to take the bus and supermarket across the street. Very friendly and warm host that replied fast. We will definitely stay again sometime! A great option for families travelling on budget. You se another side of Tallinn when going a bit outside the citycenter. We liked this area a lot. Thank you 😊😊😊🥰

The only thing I would improve is the service design aorund the breakfast. If one pays for breakfast it would be nice to see somewhere what it includes beforehand. And also could be nice to know where the breakfast is served in the booking information. And maybe the possibility to choose something. Example to choose the paninis with only cheese if you don't eat meat. But the breakfast itself was very good and all in all a great stay and a wonderful place!

Nice historical building and interesting interior. Liked the staff-free check-in and check-out. Coded door keys a cool solution. Coffee and snack machine downstairs. Good location. Reasonable price for a family room. The whole family loved the ceiling shower.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was really tiny... Didn't like the bathroom "door". You can't lock it and it reminds more a cupboard door. But what actually was the worst - the air conditioner's display. It was so bright and one couldn't turn the it off without turning off air conditioning. It kept us awake unfortunately as we're used to sleep in a dark room. I also missed natural light during the day time or the opportunity to look outside but as this was a roof floor room, we only had a roof window. The couch wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. TV remote didn't work correctly. So, there were some things that could have been different but in overall I'd rate our stay as "good" :)

Very new and modern interior in an old building. Clean and new. Very nice beds. Everything was working good. Contactless check-in, no personnel available. Kind of an impersonal feeling. Very good for staying for a night or two, but would not choose this for a longer holiday. There is a vending machine downstairs where you can buy chocolate bars, soft drinks etc.

No breakfast. There could be information in the hallway or in rooms about possible breakfast places nearby.

We were very pleasantly surprised about the overall quality of room, bed, bathroom, sound proof of room, design, etc. Also automatic check-in and door keys worked perfect. Communication with the hotel staff via booking.com mobile app chat section was smooth, flawless and to the point!

Perhaps a breakfast is too pricey (€12 per person) which we didn't try. But there is a handy solution to that... as there is a Selver supermarket just 200 m away from the hotel.

The accommodation was pleasant, and it was very convenient to be able to unlock both the hotel entrance and the room door using a mobile app.

The breakfast was highly overpriced, as it wasn’t really possible to have a proper meal from it

Hotel in a great location for Audentes Sports, the keycodes for the doors were excellent, air-con worked and kept the temperatures I liked (also nice to be able to open a window). Rooms were reasonably quiet and beds were comfortable.

The slanted ceiling did surprise me few times when getting up from the sofa :-)
