Location, approachable staff.

Bathroom was a triumph of design over practicality. The bath was ridiculously high. So high, in fact that the hotel provided a stool to get in and out. Once in, there was no shower mat or grab handles making the whole process hazardous and for good measure in choosing to bath, the bath soap is way out of reach as it is only in the shower.

Couldn't have asked for a more welcoming and accommodating staff! Always felt like I could approach anyone with possible questions that arised. The room was exceptionally clean and despite being simple in design it felt comfortable and luxurious. A room with air conditioning was definitely a live saver during this heat. The bed was lovely and met all my personal needs, haven't had such a good night's sleep in years. The room was in our case located on ground level with the windows facing the street, and despite this it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The breakfast catered to our needs with its variety and possible allergens were clearly marked. I really appreciated that it was possible to opt for oat milk when having specialty coffee from the coffee machine. Abdolutely great value for the money spent on this stay. I can for sure see myself returning here in the future, if and when I decide to spend a few nights in Tallinn again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Nunne Boutique Hotel. The hotel is remarkably stylish, literally built onto a section of the amazing 800-year old wall that is a major tourist attraction of medieval Talinn. Our room was beautifully appointed with a truly comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. We loved the copious, delicious hotel breakfast which allowed us to jump start our days of sightseeing. Talinn was the highlight of our three-week Baltic sojourn, a city jam-packed with beautiful things to see in the astonishingly well preserved medieval city and areas of historic interest nearby (do not miss the Soviet relics and memorial to the victims of Soviet communism at the Maarjamäe complex and the ornate Kadriorg Palace!). The Nunne staff were remarkably attentive and helpful (special shout-out to Artem, who graciously agreed to watch our rental car while we had a quick lunch!). And the basement spa is absolutely delightful, with two saunas and a steam room, as well as a wonderful jacuzzi pool. We were truly sad to leave this marvelous hotel.

Breakfast was continental / self service with a great range of options and seating areas. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Location was great for the Old town and Balti Jamma market, access to bus / rail and trams. The spa was lovely at 20 euros each for 1 hour / 30 euros for 2 hours. We booked one hour which was sufficient for use of saunas / steam room and spa pool.

We booked one of the courtyard rooms, which was smaller than expected and on reflection we would not have, as we were quite overlooked and needed to keep blinds closed for privacy at all times as there is seating just outside the rooms. Bed was not comfortable ( for us) and air con was noisy so unfortunately we did not sleep as well as we would have liked.

This is a great property. Close to old town - 5 min walk. Central  to other areas. Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Breakfast varied and good.  Staff pleasant and helpful. No significant complaints. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing. My one minor complaint is that the bathroom doesn’t have sufficient room for toiletries. The sink area could have been better designed but the bathroom itself is great with heated floors.

Beautiful facility with exceptionally friendly staff. Great vibe. Always clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the courtyard patio for lunch and dinner as it was secluded and a nice get a way from the constant activity of fellow tourists in the old town area. Also the proximity to Balti Jaama Turg area that was such a great surprise for local markets and additional dining options with a much more relaxed and local atmosphere.

Our stay here was really wonderful, and exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in many boutique hotels but this one was probably one of the best. The hotel was immaculate from the moment you walked through reception to our bedroom, which is very important for me. The spa was on another level in terms of calming, decor but especially cleanliness. The breakfast was also very good. My partner and I were really impressed with this hotel!

I found the staff to be a bit cold and curt sometimes, which I feel needs to be worked on. I would also have liked more of a selection of yogurts. My partner also found that there lacked consistency with the hash browns; sometimes they were cooked perfectly, other times they were under cooked, and other times they were hard and cold.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Beautiful facilities, clean, safe, friendly staff who go above and beyond, and we loved the historical touches throughout the hotel. We will definitely return again one day!

In my original booked room, the top of the bathroom windows were not covered. Not a huge deal but I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom with guests on higher levels’ windows being visible through the gap in the window covering. Staff were super helpful when I inquired about this and went above and beyond to ensure we received another room in which this wasn’t an issue. If this also bothers you perhaps put in a request to the hotel prior to your stay.

"The chairs in the restaurant are too low and not the appropriate height for the tables, which affects comfort while dining. Additionally, the pillow selection could be improved. The current pillows are too soft, and it would be great to have options like Tempur pillows for better neck support." Two more suggestions would be to offer swimwear for purchase, allowing guests to make use of the spa facilities more conveniently. Additionally, it would be lovely to have the option of enjoying a cup of coffee along with some bakery items or pies for afternoon tea before heading to the harbor. While we noticed a bakery shop opposite the hotel, it offers a different environment and ambiance that doesn't match the relaxing experience your hotel provides.

A gorgeous hotel with such welcoming staff in the centre of the old town and close to other amenities nearby with Balti Jaam which is a collection of food, markets, supermarkets and speciality shops a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The walls in the hotel form part of the old town wall, which is so unique and a Bolt or taxi ride is a 10 minute journey into the city centre. I stayed twice on different occasions on my visit and both were fabulous. The rooms were immaculately clean with adjustable temperature controls as it was very cold outside and they even packed me a breakfast takeaway for my early morning flight departure. Could not recommend highly enough.
