This hotel is fantastic value for money. There are no frills but it was clean, safe and well kept. Everything worked and staff were really helpful. Free airport shuttle and really strong wifi. There is no food (I think!) at the hotel but there are lots of really excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you want a cheap but nice hotel then I would highly recommend this.

The hotel is located in mid-town in a busy neighbourhood, but also one supplied with many restaurants and coffee shops. The WiFi is better than average, though not perfect, not that it is anywhere in the city. Powercuts do occur but are quickly dealt with, meaning no sitting around in the dark for ages, unlike elsewhere in the city. As the hotel is only three years old (or two if you subtract a year of no bookings due to COVID) almost everything works. That includes the lift, the TV and the hot water. Good water pressure too. Hotel bed is very comfortable and you are also supplied with "Denver Hotel" slippers and in the wardrobe, there was even a Hotel Robe. The hotel also arranges airport transfers via their new Toyota Minibus, and when I arrived at the airport, both the Driver AND the Hotel Manager had come to welcome me, which was a nice touch. They were also on time and had clear signs with my name and the hotel name, plus they knew exactly where I would come out of the airport. They also checked where I was up to via WhatsApp as I navigated my way through the Arrivals Circus. In summary, I would classify this hotel as being an excellent choice for the Budget Business Traveller. For the price paid, you won't find many, if any, better value hotel options in the City.

The lack of a breakfast option may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you just want the room and to sort yourself out with the rest (which to be fair you can do for very little money in the local area) then it's fine. No toiletries were supplied with the room (other than soap) during my stay either. Teabags are refreshed every day, but there is no instant coffee. These are only minor things to be fair, and in this price bracket, you'd be lucky to get any of these things anyway.

Comfortable and quiet room in the city centre. Many of the city's attractions are within walking distance. Complimentary airport pickup, which is much appreciated given the traffic. Better WiFi than in other places in Ethiopia.

Hotel is in great location, modern room, strong wifi. This was one of the few hotels that all amenities such as hot water and heater worked without issues. Attractions are nearby with a short taxi or minivan ride and a great cafe about 10 minutes walk. Estifanos and his team are very friendly and helpful, even the security guys are super nice! Would definitely return when back in Addis.

There is no food option - breakfast etc. or kettle in the rooms, but this was OK.

Very helpful and respectful staff member . My arrival time was delayed more than three hours, and the driver of the hotel taxi waited me for more than three hours . Very kind!

Everything in the room was top quality. Beds, furniture, bathroom... They even had a smart TV with Netflix. Speedy Wi-Fi We had viewes in two directions. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The only downside is that since they closed the restaurant since the pandemic started, they worked with a neighbor restaurant with limited options.
