One of the best serviced hotels I travelled to. Extraordinary friendly and helpful, highlighting the breakfast team. The hotel is located opposite of the Mall of Africa where you can go for shopping or food. Perfectly located if you have business in Midrand. Safe and clean area less than 30 mins for JNB airport. Also well located between Johannesburg and Pretoria or if you want to go to Lion & Safari Park or Hartbeespoort dam & cable car. Definitely my preferred choice for the next trip to Midrand area.

Except for the three things i didn't like (which are listed below), i loved everything else. I'll be coming back again here.

1. The food menu didn't cater for kids. So it became a challenge to feed the little one, we ended up having to go outside. Eating out is not a bad idea especially around the Waterfall area, but sometimes you want to stay in.... 2. Smart TV only had YouTube and DSTV. In the day and age of streaming, make available all the other streaming apps and let people use their login details to access the content when away from home. 3. The pillows were not comfortable at all. Only realized on Day 3 that i could request other types.

We had a lovely short stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the mall (walking distance), a short Uber drive to restaurants in the area as well. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. will definitely be heading back for both work and leisure trips.

On arrival, the lady checking us in at reception appeared to be a bit clueless as to how to check us in correctly. Insisting that I had only booked one room when I had booked two, and furthermore telling me that I had not paid for either room even after I had showed her proof of payment from my emails. She eventually had to call another staff member to assist and once he arrived there seemed to be no issues or accusations. The check-in process took roughly 30 minutes due to this.

The service is wow... the location of the hotel is ideal for shopper's, the mall is literally next door. The room is exactly as advertised. The interior design in the hotel is a breath of fresh air, well organised and modern. The bar on the 9th floor is a must, the food is good, cocktails are just 👌.

The only thing which they may consider to add are other gym equipments for example a 2nd treadmill, they have only one and if someone is using it you will have to use either stepper or other equipments which involves lifting weights.

The property is very nice

there was only one incident where we waited for lunch very long time, but for compensation, they gave us free drinks.

The duvet cover is waaayyyyy to hot for summer - a THIN blanket would be a great addition to room Would be good to have a knife &fork as standard in the room - i often work at night and grab something to eat on route from the office I always ask for a memory foam pillow - was told "it's already out" --> please have a few more

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Beautiful and exceptionally clean facilities, the perfect location and gorgeous views all around. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Kghalushi for assigning me a room with a gorgeous view. My stay here was literally perfect and I will most definitely be back. I 1000% recommend!

It was my anniversary and I had sent them a request for them to make the room romantic and they exceeded expectation, it was really beautiful. I loved every second of it, I like how close it was to mall of Africa as it allowed us to basically take a night walk and feel safe. We had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was amazing

There was a lot of wind outside and it resulted in there being a whistling sound in the room, it was there the whole night

Very convenient when you want to do a bit of shopping in Mall Of Africa

Was with my toddler who tripped and fell right on the stoop that runs across the bottoms of the window. He got a nasty cut and we rushed him tho the hospital which was about 3min from the Hotel. He got 3 stitches, even though the hotel management was made aware it’s sad that no one made a follow up to at least note the incident and make other families aware.
