The location was perfect, close to the old city and the underground stations. Our family room was big, warm and comfortable.

The fact that you have to request the cleaning of the room, at this cost I think it is mandatory for someone to check your room and at least take out the garbage. You shouldn't have to ask for it. My 3-year-old forgot his plush toy in his bed, when we returned several hours after check-out to get it back, they told us the staff did not find it, which I still think is strange...

Facilities and prices are great, the swimming pool and wellness area is great.

Lighting was too dim in the room, sauna is out of order, and the night shift staff are not as helpful as their day-shift colleagues. For instance I was made to wait at a line of check-in just to ask for bottled waters when there is visibly another member of staff that is available, which later helped other guests (which had cut the line) to check in, while i waited for more than 10 minutes for a question that could be answered in 10 seconds.

The hotel is fantastically located for the tourist and easy to get to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay apart from when coming back in the evening and getting a night cap from the bar.

All was excellent at the hotel apart from the service at the BAR which was slow bordering on the moribund at times and tow of the staff members were rude and fond of banging down drinks on the table when questioned about why the service was so slow - and this was not because of how busy there were - there could not have been more than 10-15 customers in the whole bar and there were two staff looking after them.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast is also excellent, and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and just the right size for a business trip.

It is disruptive in the sauna because some guests are dressed while others are undressed, and there are also small children present. Additionally, some guests do not follow proper sauna etiquette, and no one is there to supervise. The sauna has specific rules of conduct, and it would be great if the hotel staff could address this issue. This should be improved, especially considering that access to the sauna requires an additional fee. These comments are meant as constructive feedback to help improve the experience.

We had the most spacious room ever with a lovely seating area that could still be used (even though the couch was transformed into a bunk bed we still had an armchair and two small tables!). The hotel itself was very close to the train station and the city centre and had everything we needed. The pool and sauna were lovely too and we enjoyed our stay so much!

The only thing is the cleaning: They only clean the room when requested (which is great!) but we would have loved the option to just have the bins emptied and tea restocked, unfortunately this didn't really work - when we specifically asked them to do just that they made up the beds, changed all the towels (totally unnecessary) but didn't restock the tea and cups.

Good size of the rooms, comfortable beds, cleaning only at request (which I support), good breakfast and a very good gym with fruits and water at your disposal. Walking distance from mostly everything you need to see in Nuremberg and shopping available already at the train station.

I think parking cost should be included for guests, or symbolically charged for the whole duration of your stay (gym + sauna + pool are charged like this, 10 EUR) if you want to use parking. Cost of 22 EUR per day, which is also a regular price for anyone using the parking garage as far as I saw, seemed as too much for a hotel guest.

Would have loved to stay there longer! - loved the location just outside the old city center - nice clean and big enough rooms - great design of the public areas (to my taste) - awesome breakfast

- they could have included the 10 euro per room for usage of the pool and sauna into the price - the sauna door needs to be fixed - check-in was oookay timewise, but checkout was a mess. Only one person was at the counter at 11am-12pm (when most checkouts are happening) trying to handle a big line of people checking in and out. It took too long and it‘s strange, there were no more employees to help here out at the time, when it‘s obviously necessary

The hotel is in a great part of the city, close to many interesting attractions. The room was equipped to accommodate two kids, eliminating the need for separate rooms, unlike many other hotels. The facilities were excellent, with a nice, clean pool. The best part was the breakfast, which offered a lot of healthy food—highly appreciated when traveling and finding good food for the whole family is challenging. A big thanks to the amazing person who implemented this idea. The staff were super friendly, and we will definitely come back.

The parking for guests is quite expensive, and I'm not sure if this was mentioned during our booking. If it's not already noted, it would be helpful to add this information.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is very clean and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and their professionalism added to the overall comfort of the visit. One standout feature was the breakfast — truly one of the best I’ve had, even compared to some 5-star hotels. The variety and quality were outstanding. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was quite cold, and I ended up feeling a bit unwell afterward. It would be great if the water temperature could be improved for future guests. Nonetheless, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider returning.

Great location! Two blocks from Nuremberg HBF (central train station), and just outside of the old town wall. Perfect for our family's one-night stay to see the DB Rail Museum (3 blocks away) and Nuremberg Castle (20 minute walk). Family room with bunk bed sofa was perfect for our family of (2 adults and a 12-year-old).. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our luggage so we could sight-see for the day before checking in. English speaking staff. Beds were comfy, decor was standard.

As with most European hotel showers, there's nothing to prevent water escaping from the shower pan onto the bathroom floor, and the giant rain-showerhead can't be redirected. Maybe there's a secret to avoiding this that we haven't caught on to, but we have just learned to mop up the wet floor with towels after everyone bathes, and not walk into the bathroom in socks.
