Construction work - The entrance was eliminated, so we had to enter the hotel via the terrace. This should be mentioned before booking. Maintenance in the hotel so the pool could not be used.

The room was very large and modern. Big comfy beds. I appreciated the USB and the USB-C ports on the sockets. Showed attention to detail. The staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant on the ground floor serves very good food. The gym is really big for a hotel. Nice rooftop pool. That was very convenient and I would suggest it 100%.

The location, but it's not really the hotel's fault. Jeddah is very spread out, so you have to either have a car or get a cab to get to places.

Many things - The suite was booked for 3 adults and 1 kid however only one bed was there, had to request for another bed. Most of the services like room services - water had to be followed up .. there were no dental kits , we had to call for it and that delayed our time to breakfast.. and then also only 2 were provided. Restaurant doesnt have any grand look of a 4 star ... also the breakfast spread was not that great ..

Spacious room with everything you might need, including the iron board and iron, coffee/tea, small fridge, toiletries. Comfortable bed and fluffy towels are no surprise. There were USB-C and USB sockets near the bed. The stuff is super nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing as well. I also liked the small swimming pool and the sea view.

One of the elevators didn’t work.

A good, modern and clean hotel with friendly staff. good size room, nice breakfast, good location of next to the corniche and restaurants and shops walking distance.

When booked, the room was supposed to have main road views, but actually, it was right at the back with the buildings next door surroundings. I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.

The staff here are delightful. They are so helpful and friendly. We had a very early flight and they made sure we would get some breakfast before we left. This is the first hotel in Saudi Arabia that provided a map for us to use. The bed was comfortable . Lots of restaurants close by.

The pillows were rock hard and there are a lot,of roadworks around the hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Big room with a huge comfortable bed and pillows. It was quiet and clean . The gym and pool area were well appointed. Breakfast was bountiful and excellent.

Only that the plot in front of it is empty and dirty. The coffee machine at breakfast could be better.

the staff are very friendly, breakfast is well balanced with excellent quality ingredients and choice, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable

water leak in the bathroom and shower. Hot water was not available all the time probably due to many showers connected on same water riser. If it was not for the shower and bathrooms I would have given a higher rating

Air Conditioning system is sensor based which turns off in the night automatically which may cause sweating

I would recommend this property 100% percent! The room was amazing, very clean and comfortable! The pool was spectacular. The breakfast was amazing as well.

There was nothing I we didn’t like.
