I really liked the hotel's proximity to the Haram — it was less than a 10-minute walk from ROOM to HARAM, which made it very convenient for prayers. The staff at the reception were very supportive and welcoming, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable. Overall, the service and location were the highlights of my stay.

The only slight inconvenience was the limited local dining options within close walking distance. Having more nearby restaurants or takeout places would have made meals outside the hotel more convenient.

1- Location: The hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk away from the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers and visits to the Kaaba. The ease of access to the holy mosque was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. 2- Staff: The staff at Anjum Makkah were exceptionally courteous and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met. 3- Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas were spotless. Housekeeping was diligent, and my room was always well-maintained. 4- Amenities: The hotel offers a good range of amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, free Wi-Fi, and several dining options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide variety of international and local dishes to choose from.

Room Size: While comfortable, the room was slightly smaller than I expected for the price. However, it was still adequate for my needs.

Great location with a friendly staff! You will be less than 5-7 minutes away from the extension and 10-12 minutes from king Fahad/king Abdulaziz gate. The bed confort was exquisite after performing and allowed us to have a good rest!

Just a small remark for improvement There was no coffee capsule in the room upon arrival.

I was extremely happy, satisfied and over the moon with what Anjum hotel offered. The best location ever in Makkah with only a few mins walk to Haram. Service, food, staff and willingness to go beyond and an extra mile to make sure the guests are happy. I was in room 2140, and the staff especially made my visit memorable when they did everything possible for me to meet my mom that I haven't seen in 18 years. The location is next to the west expansion of Haram. Its a huge hotel with multiple towers and ample parking. There is a direct walkway to the Haram external courtyard. The hotel is away from the Clock Tower side. The rooms are ok for the space in Haram hotels. The breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out was fine. You can expect group crowds during check ins. Excellent view fom the hotel window to the haram. Special thanks to the Customer Relations Manager for checking upon our stay and accepting our request for late check out,

The hotel was fantastic. Great facilities, clean, haram view, working lifts and numerous. We liked the lifts were separated floor 1-13 and 14+ which meant it wouldn’t have to stop at every floor. Buffet breakfast was delicious with enormous selection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Salon inside was very convenient as well as little convenience store and cafe. The pictures are very true to form of this property - 100% 5* in every way. The underground access to haram was great. Felt very exclusive knowing that only Anjum guests were in that vicinity. We would rate 9.5/10 and would love to stay again.

Only wish it was there were more food and drink options around the locality of the hotel but I’m sure with development, that will happen in the near future. Also, outside of windows could do with a clean. View of the Haram Sharif was great but dirt and dust across windows meant the streaks were noticeable in pictures. Again, building works on haram is unavoidable. Lastly, the price is varying across booking sites/via agents. Worthwhile shopping around before booking as the difference is in the hundreds (GBP).

- The staff are very friendly and collaborative. We were not happy with our room, and they were very generous in upgrading us. - The hotel is generally clean. - Both breakfast and dinner are great. - The location is very close to Al-Haram. It takes only a couple of minutes to reach King Abdullah’s gate and about 15-20 minutes to reach King Abdulaziz’s gate.

- The cleaning protocol could be improved, especially in the restaurant. The cups in our room always felt dirty. It seemed they were not replaced during our stay, and instead, the cleaning service just washed them in the sink. - One downside of the hotel is its poor acoustics isolation, resulting in a higher likelihood of hearing sounds from adjacent rooms. - The quality of the coffee provided was under expectation, particularly for a 5-star hotel.

Asalamu Alikum, The main objection I liked about this property was how the destination from its place to masjid Al-Haram was a quick walk because it makes it easier for me. I want to thank you there hospitality and caring for all the stuff Anjum Makkah hotel.
