Staff - wonderful. Friendly and diligent. Cleanliness - the room & bathroom were clean enough. Room has some typical wear & tear but otherwise comfortable and cozy and well equipped. Pool - kids enjoyed the slide and warmth of the pool. Seemed a little inconvenient with swim lessons also in progress in the pool for other guests seeking lap time in the pool, etc. We still enjoyed the slide and pool and hot tub!!

We needed a place close to the airport that provided a shuttle. This place was perfect. The restaurant is unbelievable!!! WOW The shuttle drivers were excellent!

The shower handle would not turn. The desk clerk came to the room and got rough with it and made it work. I was afraid to turn it that hard...I was afraid I would break it! The shower worked if you were strong enough to turn the handle.

Very convenient location about a 5 minute drive from Calgary International Airport. It was perfect for an overnight layover of flights in Calgary before our final destination of Ottawa. Shuttle bus available to and from the airport was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for 3 people. The room was very quiet despite it's location in close proximity to the airport. Very handy that there was a burger restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. This made it convenient to grab a bite to eat when arriving late in the evening from a flight and not have to worry about navigating the neighbourhoods for a meal late at night. Reasonable cost and delicious food.

Wasn't a fan of the shower over the bath concept. Was feeling a little weak after a long day of flying, and climbing in and out of the bath was a bit precarious. Bit tricky also that you had to call the hotel once arriving to the airport to organise the shuttle bus pick up. Being an international tourist this meant having to turn on my roaming which wasn't ideal. Would be better if there was a way to book the shuttle in advance when I had access to Wifi. Otherwise no other complaints.

We really appreciated that the rooms could suitably accommodate our family of five- something we rarely come across! Beds were comfortable and well thought out spaces. Our children really enjoyed the pool area which was kept very clean. Additionally, the restaurant area and staff were superb- the chef checked on us multiple times and our children under the age of 11 ate free.

We didn’t experience any negatives during our stay.

Great location, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Pool and slide was a hit with the kids. Breakfast was ok, the usual (eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee etc). Staff very nice.

Take care in front of elevator near pool exit - can be quite slippery. Hotel may need to look into putting down a mat in that area.

The staff were very helpful, on the website it said breakfast was included which it was not. I was not happy about that at all. It was very inconvenient for us. For that reason we will probably use a different hotel along with our family will as well. The kids like the pool and waterslide.

The site said breakfast was included it was not. I still have not received my deposit back. It should be returned right away. The pool hours should be extended with parent supervision I see no problem it being open later. There also needs to be more cream and sugar in the room for the morning coffee. You want your guest to have more then enough of the small amenities not to feel like they are staying at a cheap hotel. It doesn't cost that much, these are items that a guest will appreciate and keep them coming back, small extras make a big difference. I would rather stay somewhere I feel comfortable with a few extras then somewhere I can't even have a coffee in the morning. I'm not sure I will be back

We stayed here before flying back home. I was able to drop the rental car off the night before and catch the shuttle back to the hotel. We had an early flight out and grabbed the shuttle again in the morning. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting me to make this happen.

We had a very late check-in and I informed the concierge that our flight would come delayed. And they handed my request well.

Free shuttle pickup at the airport that never seems to coordinate for us but we use the service to go to the airport from the hotel.

Price is a little high for one night stay, breakfast in a pub style was not the best environment with kids; other holiday inns have more of a selection for food and more non-pork options but it was alright.
