The hotel staff were very accommodating. We arrived early and they ensured the room was ready in 10 minutes. That was greatly appreciated. The guests in the rooms beside & across from our had no regards for being quite they were noisy, allowed the doors to close with bangs, had the tv too loud and were knocking on each other’s doors and talking loudly in the hall. That is not the fault of the hotel it is just simply rude and inconsiderate guests of the hotel.

See above, however it is not the hotel. The didn’t like was the reflection of the rude and ignorant guests for several hours after midnight.

The room is good and comfortable. Beyond my expectations considering the price is low. Restaurant service is superb. The food is delicious and very affordable. The location is very close to all important places.

Lack of workers to support us in bringing our luggage's to the room. The lighting needs to be increased. Electric kettle is missing. It would be great if there are chinaware's, such as coffee mug, glasses, plates, etc.

I liked the location, it was close to the West Edmonton Mall. I also love how clean the hotel is and my room smelled wonderful upon arrival.

Stayed for 2 days, was hoping our room would get cleaned on the second day but it didn’t,Not a big deal though. I asked for more towels the second day and they only brought 2 when there were 4 of us in the room. Had to go get more .

Loved the location, the layout of the hotel, the fact that my daughter could enjoy a swim, that it had a restaurant inside it and that the rooms were up-to-date, well appointed and there was a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee.

It seemed that more staff was needed for check in as the one member was overwhelmed. Also there was only decaf coffee in the room, no regular. However these are small things and certainly would not deter me from a future stay.

Loved the front desk area and room was very clean

Bed closest to bathroom needs a new mattress - the one side is indented in as most ppl must sleep on the side close to the lamp. The lighting is horrible - not bright enough in bathroom or main area - very challenging to get ready in morning for the event I was in town for.

Security was a bit lax for comfort and some questionable figures lurking out side the hotel at odd hours. Would have been more comfortable with some higher security measures. Would receive pamphlets for a pizza place every night because there’s no key card reader in elevator and anyone can go up towards the rooms.

We loved the size of the room we got. It was perfectly clean and it was quiet so perfect for relaxing after a long day of shopping. The bed was amazing we slept really well. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn't really like was that when we decided to go down to the pool for a swim since it was such a hot day the pool was absolutely freezing cold. We couldn't stand to be in there for more than 10 minutes.

Everything was excellent, had no issues checking in, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Also allowed my pet rabbit in as well. Will be staying here again next time we come back down.

Everything was good. The lady I dealt with when we checked in was unbelievably kind and funny.

There are so many smokers and no where to put their butts. Maybe putting out smoke stands and seating for smokers.

Quality of room, special price, pet allowed.

Phone in room didn't work well when I tried to order room service. When room service arrived there was no cutlery. Time of breakfast wasn't given.
