Beds extremely comfortable Room was spacious, great for a family of 5 Used the pool and gym which are nice options. After a long day travelling it was nice to move my body on the treadmill and in the pool.

Breakfast was OK. Sausages were not appetizing as they tasted like hotdogs, but loved the fresh fruit options and the Oatmeal was delicious. I stayed here about 8 yrs ago and there doesn't appear to be any changes or upgrades to decore. It was very good but it used to be great. Small pool but no hot tub.

The room was large and well stocked. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Rooms were clean (this is very important to me as a guest. I will leave a hotel if it is not clean). The location was perfect as we were there to go to West Edmonton mall. Ample parking.

This is fair notice to guests - our party had multiple rooms booked. Myself and another guest unfortunately experienced how "paper thin" the walls are. You can hear everything, I mean everything. We were woke up in the night by other guests activities. Construction of rooms is not a reflection of the staff and our overall experience - but I do strongly feel that it is worth stating.

The accommodations and options that they provide to you are amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful whenever I asked for anything that they could help with. I've been staying here for business for many years and I return every time because of how helpful the staff are while I am there. I'm surprised Staybridge doesn't have more stars.

The breakfast has always been great, no offense to the traditional eggs and bacon but it would be awesome to see more options in the future.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, well taken care of. Suites are a very good size and layout with a great kitchen area. Breakfast had many hot and cold options, very good. We didn’t use pool and we weren’t around for their social hours M-W but it sounded great. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Great value.

Excellent! Great choices, with a full array of breakfast foods and drinks. Very friendly hosts and kitchen staff, who kept all the bins, containers, and machines stocked. And they communicated pleasantly, reassuring that they'd be bringing fresh food shortly! The dining area was very nicely appointed, was spaciously arranged, and yet had a warm and family-friendly atmosphere.

There was no bottled water in the suite.

Staff were very friendly and quick to help, I liked having a kitchenette and a lot of space to work.

The drains gave off a funny smell in the bathroom, the hallways were always very warm to walk through. The parking lot was not maintained very well so trying to get a cart out for luggage was tough and it was icy as heck!

Well staffed, breakfast was good and maintained. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with.

Felt as though there wasn't enough spaces for breakfast on the weekend. Might be valuable to add a couple more small tables to the den space because the lobby area for smaller groups to eat in.

breakfast was good but items ran out plates ran out, and, tables were all full. Even though the was another room next to dining area it was not opened., Outside could have been used if it had been maintained with tables and chairs and really needed a clean - cig butts all over

I loved that the kitchen in the suite had everything needed, even a dishwasher. The breakfast was beautiful as well as the breakfast area.

1) I heard much noise after 9pm. When I looked through the window, I saw kids are running outside. They were not supervised, they were running from the swimming pool and screaming. I wish stuff would control the situation because I have little kids that have to sleep after 9pm. 2) We chose this hotel primarily thinking about the pool. However, we were disappointed because the water was cold. No wonder no one was at the pool. We couldn't swim. We could choose a cheaper hotel if we knew.

Breakfast was great. But always have those potatoes in the morning. Beans as opposed to the potatoes one morning does not cut it.

Have your happy hour on one day of the weekend. I think more people would like that as opposed to it only being during the week.
