The afternoon frontdesk lady was very nice. The room is updated and modern.

Only dry sauna is available but it was specified on the website. They could improve their breakfast a bit especially their bland coffee. Thr housekeeping staff was in a hurry or not available for all rooms even if we pressed the make up room button, nobody came but was able to clean our other booked room who didn't need cleaning.

Thank the lady at the front desk, Brooklyn. Was so helpful and so kind.she was able to help us with any questions we had n got us in to a room pretty quick witch was nice. Very kind lady. It was a good stay .we were able to make a booking even though it was pretty late.

The room was cold coming in to it ,I wish the room was a bit bigger but is was an okay size. Those are the only things I disliked.

Location to the Dow Centennial Center was good. Breakfast was satisfactory, not great. Liked the rags idea.

Coffee maker in room was dusty and supplies were old. Only one bath towel - the other towel was smaller. Should have a mat at the door. Only one bedside table.

Very convenience. close to Walmart, No frills, everything, friendly staffs, super clean room, huge room, high end mattress very comfy! fully equipped, gym, sauna, great breakfast!

I loved the amenities offered! I also loved the decor, and the beds were so comfy it was just what I needed to get some sleep. I lastly loved the breakfast in the morning along with the wonderful lady who works to prepare the food

The deposit was very steep - $500 credit card deposit. I checked out over 3 days ago and am being told it's up to my bank to handle.

The bed was comfortable, the facilities were great for the price and the staff were friendly.

I missed breakfast because of my own fault but it would have been nice if breakfast was opened a little later or if the breakfast staff would have been a little more flexible.

Location, price was excellent, hotel was very clean and looked modern, breakfast was great, and they accommodated our group to be on the same floor

Rooms were ok.

Part of the room was not clean. And as far as the deposit goes that should be waved if the guest is staying there for surgery. And smoking room was not offered.

We have stayed at this motel several times and enjoyed our stay here again.
