Very convenient to get to and plenty of free parking. There is both Safeway grocery store and Walmart just next to the property. Bought bear spray at Walmart and bought some pre-made deli lunches from Safeway.

AC in the room was noisy. Employees overseeing breakfast in the morning didn’t seem to be happy to be there. Breakfast itself isn’t anything special. There were bananas the first day and didn’t replenish so there were none fur the next 2 days of our stay.

They are pet friendly, charged PER ROOM and not per pet. So it is very convenient for my family and for everyone who takes their pets on vacations. Also very good value money wise, therefor i will only do bussiness with them in Hinton. Spacious room, very comfy. Very well taken care of property. Polite and smiling staff. Lots of parking spots. The lobby is clean. They also have a pool and a hot tub that i did not go to but it seems like a lot of family did enjoy it. The breakfast was amazing, the hot plates were full, it tasted delicious. Will go back to that place for sure 😁

Easy access from the highway and able to park close to front entry which made it easier for me to negotiate my suitcase and stuff after a long day driving. The room was clean and quiet and I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow!

There was a little smell seeming to come from the room heating unit, like weed? So I turned off the heat for the night. I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and they were going to check it out but thought it might be from someone outside?

Clean room. Very good organization of the overall staff, especially during breakfast (efficient, caring and discreet). The breakfast is varied and generous, which is very appreciated when travelling.

No window in the breakfast room, the decoration is a bit underwhelming and lacks character.

Hotel is in a good location. Staff is awesome! We arrived at night and got a room with noisy heater, but as soon we mentioned it to the reception, they found very quiet room and transferred us right away. We have to extend our stay for a couple more days and a lady at the reception gave us a discount what was very thoughtful. Liked a small but very well equiped gym. The grossery store right accross the hotel. Breakfast was a bonus and it had some variety for choosing. Room was clean and janitorial team daily provided full service in the room as well: tidied up the room, replaced towels, made a bed, coffee, etc, what rarely you can see at the hotel now days. In the lobby they daily served coffee and a water. Very appreciate it! Thank you!

We loved the location. Being right when you come into town and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Having the 24/7 coffee/tea bar was a huge perk.

We stayed on the second floor and we couldn’t pass hear our downstairs neighbours all night. Thin walls. We had a suite and the hide a bed could definitely use an update. Mainly the mattress

The breakfast here is great! It was a great place for our pets - bottom floor and close-ish to the exit. The pool and hot tub were nice and although we didn’t use them, lots of other people were enjoying them. The beds were pretty good.

If you don’t have pets, ask to stay on one of the higher floors. We heard a lot of walking and kids voices from the family staying a floor above us.

Breakfast was great and with many varieties. Excellent and friendly service from all Ramada employees. Especially, would like to recognize your "Check In Lobby" employee, when we got in on Sat. night, Jan. 25 (sorry, I didn't catch his name).

Your Hot Tub jets were not working. Hopefully you will fix them the next time we are back staying at your hotel.

Excellent combination of price and quality! For such money you will not find anything better.

There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke. Perhaps the air conditioner was pulling this smell in from the street. Very poor soundproofing, you could literally hear every word and every step of the neighbors above and to the side.

Was clean and comfortable especially after waiting for a ferry for 5 hrs then driving from Vancouver island to Hinton.

Your cleaning staff. We had left a water bottle in the room so my mother had gone back up to check she asked the cleaning staff if they could let her in a room quick to check and while walking there they were talking to themselves about room 311 being sleeping beauty’s and how maybe we should go to bed at 10 like them. My mother then said room 311 please and they got quiet. Your check out is 11 we were out before 11. We were exhausted from my grandmothers passing and the long trip back I wouldn’t have been as nice as my mother was about it.
