The place is well kept, very clean and tidy. It offers lots of services for the price point ie. internet, pool & hot tub, Gym, free parking, complimentary breakfast, and more. Can’t beat that for the price. The breakfast had lots of selections and well laid out, I was quite surprised about this. Staff were energetic and happy to help, I haven’t seen that level of energy in a while at a hotel. Great job, keep up the great professionalism.

I think some parts of the buildings just needs to be renovated, like the hot tub had a tile missing inside, the door entry to the pool gets stuck on the ground, a wall needed a freshly paint. I think it’s just the general wear down of the building that could be tended to, everything else is well kept and tidy at all times.

Chris, our front desk agent, went out of his way and decorated our room up for us where my husband and I had just got married. We had balloons all over the room with Hershey kisses chocolate nicely arranged around the room with heart shape in middle of bed with bottle of red wine and a cute letter. We also enjoyed our jetted tub.

Alot of the rooms I've stayed at there are in high need of repairs like ripped curtains torn chairs and carpets looked so worn out I did report to front desk.

Very friendly staff! Breakfast was okay, but it wasn’t heated to the appropriate temp while sitting out for guests.

Outdated furniture, very used. You could feel the springs in the beds, the couch was sunk in, along with the pull out bed mattress. A lot of water damage in the bathroom along the baseboards, rusted bath tub from scratches and the shower head was extremely visibly dirty around the water nozzles were extremely dirty and barely any channels worked on the very old model TV.

The staff is very friendly. We arrived at 3 a.m., and there was no problem with the check-in. We were allowed to check out for free almost one hour later than the official checkout. The room and bathroom were clean; the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was really good and rich with everything one might want to eat for breakfast (eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, oats, cupcakes, and more, plus very good freshly squeezed orange juice). We could use a pool and jacuzzi in the morning (both were clean and empty). Free shuttle from/to the airport every half an hour is a good advantage, especially if one arrives in the middle of the night as we did.

The pool is very shallow.

The room when I walked in seemed so big to me !.. it was lovely … everything was so clean , a walk in shower , what else could you ask for? The front desk staff at night was very helpful when I asked a few questions, the day staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was more than I expected… a lot more than I expected !!.. the food was really good and hot!., I would definitely stay there again and put all your info in my phone!

Staff went over and above to make our stay comfortable. Room was spacious and very clean. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Frer coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hrs in the lobby. The free breakfast was more than expected with gluten free options. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Beautiful hotel, great pool, wish the hot tub was working. Breakfast had lots of choices, we loved the waffles and oatmeal. We got a family room and it was huge.

Hot tub didn’t work. Ceilings are paper thing, we could hear every footstep above us and our ceilings were really high.

Clean, good location for our event we had going on in Leduc & the breakfast was good. We had the pool & hot tub during the day to ourselves so that was nice. Staff were very helpful & super friendly. Cleaning staff were great as well.

The bed was quite hard but otherwise everything else was great.

I loved the staff, everyone I interacted with seemed to love working there! The breakfast bar was amazing! They offer a little waffle machine, great toppings for Oatmeal bowls, delicious and simple omelet options. There were some meat options too but I didn't pay much attention as I dont eat meat when traveling. Some juice was available though I was there for some coffee which is available in the lobby and at the breakfast bar. Very clean even though the hotel is older and surprise a jacuzzi tub! Wish I had the time to use that but was just doing an overnight layover and only there to sleep.

The ac was very loud and could not turn off. Due to the close vicinity to the highway I was woke up around 4am to a bunch of semi trucks honking. My stay was midnight to 7am so to be woken up was not ideal. The shuttle service was very confusing because when you call from the airport they say "its a metro" so I thought I had to find some kind of subway train system, but the shuttle is called "metro shuttle". The drivers do not really communicate where they are going and the other passengers lead to more confusion of what the shuttle destination is, my advice is just ask the driver directly and definitely tell them where you need to be dropped off when you get on, otherwise they need to loop back on the route which causes inconvenience to other passengers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The shuttle convenient and the breakfast very good with lots of hot and cold choices!

There is no restaurant or pub on site other than the breakfast room and snacks for purchase.
