The location is great and very easy to book for a shuttle when we needed it. The landline is easy to use as we were able to contact our friends when our cellular network was very poor. The facility is very quiet as we don't hear anything from outside our room.

It would have been better if we can boil hot water. When we came back on Tuesday night, my husband noticed something on the sheet. We did request for a staff to take a look at it but they took so long to get to our room and it was getting late. The staff wanted as to get a new room but it was too inconvenient as we already settled in as we arrived on Saturday night. Although we were given a new bed sheet but it took them a long time to return back to our room.

Beds were comfortable

Noisy fan in the room that was 45 - 55 decibels. Should have shut it off during sleeping since it kept my wife up. With it shut off it was around 34 decibels which is quiet. Ceiling fan in bathroom is very loud at 70 decibels and the cover/ vents have not been cleaned. Just have to look up and see how disgusting it is.. The cover pops off for easy cleaning. Just need to train your staff. Be great if they changed the fans in the bathrooms to quieter ones that are less than 1 somme.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Food was excellent. Broad menu. Was very happy there was a stall with a plugin for the vehicle.

Sitting in the restaurant for the breakfast was absolutely freezing and uncomfortable because of the location to the constant opening and closing front doors. Coats needed to be worn, and was still uncomfortable. Nothing to be done as it was freezing outside but maybe the location of the restaurant needs to change or a wall built etc.

The location. The price was very reasonable. I appreciated there was a restaurant on site. Most importantly, it was pet friendly. I likes that they had a coffee service in the lobby.

The heat in the room was hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. We only had one coffee cup in our room. I’m sure just an oversight by the service staff. I just grabbed another one in the lobby.

Breakfast was ok, could have had more variety. The hotel overall was nice and clean and comfortable. A nice friendly enviroment, which is not always the case. In many places, once the staff check you in & out, it’s like the staff doesn’t acknowledge their guests. Our stay with you was wonderful! Would definitely recommend you to others😊

My room had a very comfortable king sized bed plus a nice chair with ottoman.

The room was located right beside the elevator which was quite loud every time it operated. There was also somebody in the room above that made loud banging or stomping noises late into the night. The pillows on the bed were very small even though there was 4 of them. this made it less comfortable to find the right combination. I think that a king sized bed should have king sized pillows.

I was lucky enough to come across this hotel on my last trip. The lovely ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and even remembered me from my last visit. The hotel offers an unbeatable price for parking with complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything was good in room and we had our dog and he was comfortable too.

I had asked for a hair blower and it took until the last day to get it. A little disappointed. Also the restaurant took awhile with serving we had time on our side so wasn’t a problem good was good.

Location is convenient to the airport. Staff was good at making arrangements for the airport shuttle. Parking arrangements are easy and affordable.

In room coffee was not good. No breakfast items available for our early check out.

I have stayed here 7 separate times since December 2022 and I have never had an issue with anything. The rooms are always clean, everything functions as it should. It was never a hassle to get an extra blanket or towels, parking is great and we didn’t run into a time when we weren’t able to plug our vehicle in when it was cold. The staff are very helpful and the check in process quick and painless. We bring a small dog with us and the pet fee is reasonable.

There were a handful of times when the restaurant had closed or wasn’t available during the hours posted, mostly towards the end of the evening. Not the end of the world however, the hotel is close to many restaurants or it’s easy to skip the dishes.
