The staff were extremely friendly and professional! We felt so welcomed when we arrived! We included our pet on the adventure and it was so nice to enter a room that did not smell like a large amount of pets had stayed prior to us. Even my mother in-law (who is very particular) made a comment how clean the room not only looked but also smelled. The cleaning staff have done a phenomenal job!

This was a quick overnight stay. I found the room/accommodations to be more clean, roomy and comfortable than comparable hotels I have stayed at.

The breakfast which was included in the rate I paid was awful. Breakfast is served in a restaurant on site. They set up a mini continental breakfast which was very disappointing. Next time I would take the value of the breakfast coupon and apply it to something ordered off the menu.

Clean and comfortable, close to the airport, free shuttle (I didn’t use this though) and nice restaurant for the location. Blackout curtains allowed me to shut out the light to get to sleep for an early morning flight. Room also was pretty quiet for being so close to the airport.

The shower pressure and shower head was a little disappointing.

The overall mood was nice with staff. The on-site restaurant was great.

Checkin had a little hickup. I checked in through booking but that had my name switched around I the booking so a little harder to find me.

Great location. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. More than enough space for a couple. They were able to accommodate my late check in and ensured that a shuttle was ready for me when I left.

When I came into the room the window was open so some mosquitoes got into the room. Had the ac blaring and that deterred them. The restaurant was mediocre and you could just walk to the coast inn across the street for Montana’s for better.

It was clean, spacious. Staff were excellent

Parking was definitely an issue. I had to leave at 1 am to pick up daughter from the airport and came back to no parking. After dropping daughter off at door I had to walk a ways back by myself and did not feel safe.

Every single staff member was extremely friendly!!! Hotel is great. Restaurant was very yummy! I loved the bed and pillows. Zero complaints.

If I had to I guess you could put a shelf or something in shower to place personal products etc. however not an issue.

Convenient location to the airport. Was able to leave our vehicle until we return from our trip for minimal cost. Clean, modern & comfortable room. Really liked the shower. Bed was comfortable, nice bedding & towels. Friendly & helpful staff at the front desk.

Very nice hotel and staff were super friendly. Quick and easy checkin. Room was large and clean. Great location for accessing Costco, the outlet mall and the airport.

Pool was on the small side. So no lap swimming. Gym was great though.

Hannah in reception provided exceptional customer service and genuine interaction. I felt like a guest looked after in my own home rather than a reference number processed in a system. The room was well appointed and all expected amenities. Convenient for travellers to/from the airport.

Insignificant details: the old TV's cannot connect to the internet (no Netflix), the restaurant didn't have a proper coffee machine and they played hockey on the big screens above the bars loudly for all meal sittings.
