I booked this room for my daughter & grandson on their way to Ontario. I booked it all on line and paid by credit card third party. They arrived late and slept a few hours before catching the shuttle to the airport so they didn't use a lot of the services available. There were no complications. She said her check in was easy and everything else was great including the free breakfast. She was very happy when she left that everything went so smoothly while she was traveling with a small child. Would definately book here again.

I love how accomodating the staff there. I need to go to the airport at 12 midnight, and the front desk called tge shuttle driver and drove me there, no questions asked. I love that service the hotel offers.

Nothing much really. Room is clean and bathroom is clean. I am a happy camper. Ohh yes, not sure if I just can't find the switch, but the bathrooms does not have exhaust fans. So thats the only thing I can say I don't like, but will still book it for the any other trips I will be having in the future.

I loved the cozy continental breakfast area that was always well stocked and had a great variety. I also love the convenience of having the shuttle pick me up at the door and taking me to the door of the airport. My room was so spacious and clean. It was a very relaxing stay and eased my anxieties in preparation for my flight.

The only thing I was a little concerned about was that after 10:00 pm if I needed to park my car in the back parking lot, it was a bit of a walk to the front doors to get in. It would be nice to be able to access the rear door with the room card.

The owners and staff are always treating customers like number one you don't see that every day these are good people like to smile and treat you good

The only thing I don't like is that the side doors are locked at 10:00 at night but then that keeps the Riff Raff out we have got enough of that we don't need anymore so it's not such a bad thing is what I'm trying to say.. it has to happen.. it's just an inconvenience is all.. that I can put up with

Got a free shuttle to and from the airport, the room was clean and nice. Free breakfast was perfectly adequate.

Shuttle from the airport is a bus that runs every 15 minutes or so, which was perfectly fine, but it would be nice if pickup location and the schedule were communicated in advance rather than having to call late at night after getting a SIM card.

Extremely quiet, even though it seemed very busy with people that had been staying at the facility. The beds are so comfortable! We stayed in a family room and it was fantastic. Came with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Nice lay out, I will recommend this hotel to everyone, and plan to stay again in the future when booking.

the only issue was that the bathroom door didn’t close correctly so you had to announce that you were using the bathroom so someone didn’t walk in on you. Otherwise a really great stay.

Room was big, beds where made nicely, bathroom and shower clean, their breakfast in the morning was great too because they had a lot of different foods to choose from.

I ordered food for me and my young kids but it was so spice the kids couldn't eat it and when l ordered there was nothing mentioned about it being spice.

Huge room with hot tub! Check in was easy. Breakfast available

The room was dated. Hot tub tiling in need of repair and the carpet was stained and old looking. I came for a pageant and when I went to steam using the iron it spit out red rust water all over my kiddos outfit ruining it. I let the front desk know and they said they would have the iron fixed. That didn't help the wrecked outfit though.

Beds were comfy. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Very large bathroom!

Only complaint was my upstairs neighbors were very noisy and woke me up. Noisy at weird hours like 12:30 and 2:30 running back and forth in the room. Almost called front desk but they settled down finally.

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the place quiet, and easy to get to the airport. We left too early for the breakfast. We stayed one night on the second floor. It had new carpets and a working elevator.

Looking at recent reviews, we were unsure what to expect.The outside is a little weathered, but inside was clean.
