This hotel is exactly what we wanted a place to lay our head, soft and hard pillows, a nice bed, a bonus kitchenette, an air conditioner, a view of our car, all the things you need TV, tub, shower etc., nice staff and owners. We were within a 15-minute drive to anywhere and walking distance to food of your choice. There were no street people on our walks. Quiet area.

We couldn't stay longer :( we had things to do, other places to be.

Close to the main highway, beds were very comfortable and wifi was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was great and it has all the basic appliances.

It could use a renovation. It's a little run down looking inside and out. Not a deal breaker just don't expect luxury.

the bed was comfortable and the room was a nice space i just think the jaquzzi could have been bigger the tv was good

getting the room cleaned would have been better and no new towels where put up and the room was not cleaned for my 2nd night there so poor cleaning service. and Jaquzzi was to small

i really enjoyed the view and the jaquzzi for sure it was amazing the bed was comfy and i felt safe

i didnt like how it had no hair dryer the electric fireplace did not work towels where not replaced with new ones no new face clothes the coffee was not replaced i had no coffee the 2 day

The Jacuzzi suite overlooked Kamloops and we had a lovely view of the town. The Jacuzzi was clean and functioned well, a welcome treat after many hours of driving! The rooms was tidy and well cleaned, and the coffee on offer was just fine.

It was convenient to shopping and walking distance to restaurants.

Entrance to parking lot was hard to get into. Also getting out onto the main road was a bit worrisome, when traffic was busy.

I love the staff, IDK what your name is on front desk during dayshift but you got the greatest smile I ever scene

Minor stuff, it's a older property in need of a renovation. That is to be expected on a property so old

Room was nice and spacious, had been recently upgraded. Was very clean.

Bathroom fan was very loud and high pitched, probably needs replacing as it didn't look like it had been upgraded.

It is an older hotel and the rooms are dated.

Our arrival time was late evenin yet they stayed up until we got there & gave us a nice, big, clean, comfortable, quiet room... the bed was so comfortable you could feel yourself melt into & become one w/the mattress... the jacuzzi suite was fabulous... the jets all worked... there was ample hot water... the staff is friendly...

It may be silly but don't care to much for how steep the driveway is... especially in icy conditions...
