We were immediately greeted by the kindest staff. I forgot the ladies name but she was a diamond. She also spoke to my bf and I as I left. She also upgraded our room on 2nd july. Hope that’s enough info, she deserves so much praise. 5 star service even without the upgrade. Honestly we booked this as we were going through to Banff. We made a HUGE mistake. Not staying longer. It was the best hotel in terms of value for money, the best bed and great tv selection. We only had one night and explored downtown. Kelowna is so beautiful. We’ve been to Vancouver, Victoria, Banff and Jasper. All stunning but this one really grabbed me. I could see myself living here. Book for more nights, you won’t regret it.

Nothing - I couldn’t stay longer

Comfortable, lots of room. Not too noisy even with the main highway right there. Great location. They gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room and food vouchers for no reason. That was nice. It is more affordable than most hotels too.

The coffee in the rooms at coast hotels is frustrating. I always have to bring my own coffee maker if I want coffee in my room first thing. They only offer this one chocolate flavoured Starbucks coffee. I cannot eat dark cocoa. Why not offer at least one regular unflavoured type of coffee? The coffee maker is an older one so you cannot use your own pods in it either. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can buy coffee though.

I liked the pool and fitness centre.

I know that this is not the typical expectation for hotels to provide, but it would be nice for the hotel to have spare toothbrushes, make up remover, or other things that one could forget on hand. I went to reception asking for make up remover and they didn’t have it available. With the significant cost of hotels now, it would be a nice touch and remove some of the stress from travelling and not being home.

The location was great. The beds were so comfortable. The whole building was very clean. I love the sundeck overlooking the pool. It was nice to sit out there in the morning and have our coffee. I love that it was pet friendly and we could bring our dog with us. waking up and seeing two little ducks swimming in the pool before it opened. I grew up in Kelowna and my parents had a business in the Capri mall. It was the first time I ever ever stayed there in my life. I was very happy with the stay.

Only that check in time is 4pm.Id prefer 3pm but i called and asked and my room was ready for 330 and i was allowed to check in abit early.I appreciated the flexibility . I know the hotels been there for at least 50 years and I’m really happy to see that it’s still open and looks so beautiful inside.

Stayed here maybe 3 or 4 times before. Good quality accommodation, plus I already know what to expect. This time I really liked the ground floor room (easy access to the parking lot). Complimentary breakfast was amazing. Not sure why we never got this before, absolutely loved it!

A dirty towel from a previous guest was left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I understand it's just a mistake anyone can make, but for some reason it was bothering me a lot. Like the room is suddenly not clean enough :( Despite this I'll be returning for sure.

We chose this property because of the pool and it did not disappoint.

After booking the room we decided to upgrade to get a balcony and when we got there the balcony was so small you couldn’t have two chairs on it. It was very disappointing, however, when we said something about it to the front desk they had another room for us to move to the next day. We were on a wine tour so they moved all of our stuff for us and the balcony was great.

Friendly efficient staff who made our stay really good. The room was comfortable, clean with enough space. Bathroom was dated but had all that was needed. Hotel is in easy reach of downtown with a vehicle. Our meal was tasty and fresh.

Not the hotels fault but it rained throughout our stay and a grey building seemed very bleak.

Loved the balcony, the pool area with the music on and being able to get water at the bar. Very nice staff too.

I would say although it's not far from downtown, it's not the best location for those who don't have a car because it's not right downtown and it's not near a beach. It is a bad intersection to cross. It was too long to walk ( I did it my first day). It is fast by bus, but because I needed to take a bus, I couldn't go back and forth between going out and back to the hotel.

The dinner we had in the dining area was more than excellent...the wait staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Kudos to the chef for the fresh and delicious meal which was cooked to perfection. It is always a good thing to dine in the facility you are staying at for at least one meal as so often, as in the case of the Coast Capri, the offerings are wonderful. It was a shame the actual Vintners Grill Dining room was closed - to add that little extra 'ambiance' to the delicious food, and provide a bit more separation from the open areas.

The room was awesome though I am not a fan of sliding bathroom doors, bed was very comfortable, shower was great and the view was sweet. The desk staff gave us a room upgrade and accommodated us with a late checkout. The restaurant and staff were wonderful.

As I mentioned not a fan of sliding bathroom doors but there was nothing else but good stuff.
