check in was very straightforward, we were helped to room with our luggage, room was generally quiet , but we could occasionally hear guests in adjacent room. The hotel location is great, nice walking paths adjoin the hotel, alongside the lake ,it is close to the Prospera arena and theatre /arts district. Hotel is very well maintained, we only had breakfast buffet but the food and service were very good. Guests are able to order other egg dishes , the omelet was excellent and was personally delivered by the sous chef. They have a nice shop in the lobby , cannery marketplace , which is well stocked with nice food items to take to your room. the indoor/our door pool area was very nice

The moment we got there we encountered the outside staff they took care of us and the car. Inside the same our hostess was great. Our room was decent. I must say that the lady helping us on our way took really good care of us after our complaint So in the end we left happy. The service in the restaurant was great. I believe her name is Neatasha. Excellent really.. we've met her several times over the years. Keep.her!

Well they did not clean our room. I had.to go to the hospital for a procedure. And returned With nothing done to our room. And we definitely didn't leave th don't disturb sign out. We got back around 345 and were told it cldnt be done anymore. And apologized. The bathroom door a slider was difficult to loc⁹k without waking the other person up.

I traveled from the U.S., so I benefited from the exchange rate. The Canadian rate for the room was $229. The hotel is in the middle of downtown, adjacent to the beach, and within easy walking distance of countless choices for food or beverage. I had a corner room, with two balconies, one side overlooking downtown, the other side overlooking the harbor and Lake Okanagan. Of course, adjacent to the lake, there is a large sidewalk, and boardwalk, and a wetland preserve, and an opportunity to see beautiful downtown architecture. It is a 5 minute walk to the Kelowna Community Theater, which is why I was in town. The TV and channel selections were excellent, and I think my king size bed was the best quality I've ever experienced. I traveled all over the U.S. for 36 years for business. I think this was the most comfortable, aesthetic accommodation I've ever had.

Our King room (726) was a corner room with 2 windows making it very bright & airy - the front window had a lovely side view over the lake & marina. Staff were very friendly & efficient especially around pool. The pool & surrounding deck were smaller than expected but we never had a problem getting a sun bed. Tip - a rolled up towel on a bed means it’s available. We had breakfast & evening meal at Oak & Cru, out on the patio, which I highly recommend. Food was very good but the setting was even better with views out over the lake. We were lucky to have live music at our evening meal, an excellent reggae band.

The hotel has beautiful views and the restaurant was very good, especially as we were able to sit outside and have dinner the first night on the patio. We liked that we could see the lake from our room if we went out on the (rather small!) balcony.

The room layout was poor. The closet space was ridiculously small and also the way the coffee maker is tucked away in the closet means you have to move it to be able to use. Also, only having one chair by the window and a huge space the other side with absolutely nothing there seemed very odd, especially for a hotel of this rating. If those things were changed, the room would be much better value.

We had a girls weekend and stayed here. Front desk and other staff we interacted with were wonderful. Other than the hostess and servers at the restaurant Sunday morning. We were straight up ignored, and I have to think this was because of the way we looked. (Most of us wear black and have an alternative look to us.) But the food was good.

we loved the room and had a super view of the lake and surrounding mountains (hills). We were there for a procedure at the local Hospital and were told I had to stay for 2 days in the area. So, knowing the Hotel was booked solid asked if we could keep our room for one more day and they obliged. We were so surprised and happy. Thanks to the floor manager!

the AC was a bit loud. but it did keep us cool.

I didn’t like that they say is included in the resort fee the kayak and paddle boat but they only had one paddle boat available for the hotel so we were never able to use it as it was always taken, they only had 2 boat oar and it was 4 of us that wanted to use it they only had 3 bikes also so that was a little disappointing that we wanted to make use of this and couldn’t

Convenient location for exploring the downtown area. Staff were excellent and food was great as well as it was nice to have the extended pool hours.

Warning though: the Starbucks (SB) coffee in the lobby is by hotel staff member, not a SB-Barista, it was very weak so check before walking away - just saying...

Location was excellent, right on waterfront. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to nice waterfront promenade and beautiful park / beach within walking distance.

Our room wasn’t made up on our second day. The outdoor pool was smaller than we expected based on pictures online. Parking is expensive - $36 per day. Breakfast in Oak and Cru wasn’t noteworthy.
