Lovely and welcoming staff. Nice, clean and modern room. Location is a bit further from the town center, but that's what we wanted. Loved the breakfast options, seemed like they change daily. Parking felt safe and secure. Definitely would stay again!

We just couldn't figure out how to work the fancy in-room coffee maker. We had a great laugh about it with the housekeeper. To anyone else struggling: please don't hesitate to ask for a demonstration, it was definitely beyond our capabilities lol.

Spacious room, very clean, super comfy beds, nice balcony and view, lots of parking, and AWESOME high quality breakfast with a great selection of food and drinks! One of the best I’ve ever seen. And thank you to the front desk staff/management for the bottle of wine to help celebrate my Mom’s birthday! Very kind and we all appreciated the gesture and enjoyed. You’re awesome!

It was perfect

The amount of towel does not match the number of people staying. Guest Services is always busy, and we end up getting things ourselves. We asked to change the bedlinen because my daughter made it dirty but it did not get changed. We end up slept on a dirty bedsheet. Bedsheet will only change every three days.

After many years of stopping at this property, we are finding that the standard has changed. The carpets and soft furnishing need cleaning. The sheets and bed covers are in need of ironing. Air conditioning noisy.

Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front counter to the kitchen help to the housekeeping. The free breakfast selection was great. Our grandson loved watching the machine make his pancakes! He ate several with sprinkles. The pool was great for fun. The hot tub was perfect for a soothing relaxation - especially in December! We have tried 3 other hotels in Osoyoos. From now on, the Best Western Plus is our go-to hotel in Osoyoos.

In general, we are satisfied with the hotel. The room is large and comfortable. The convenient location and the amusement park located next door made the children very happy.

for 5 days, the room was not cleaned once. Upon request, the garbage was taken out and towels were changed once.

Next to mini golf and rides, outstanding breakfast, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowed us to put our e-bikes in our room.

Not on the beach, no view. But perfect for one night and staff was great- even when I phoned before our trip to get more info.

We booked a suite, which was very spacious, so was the bedroom! Staff was very kind and friendly. Our floor was nice and quiet. Overall, we've enjoyed our stay.

Matrasses were a bit soft, and the hotel is a bit dated. Also, we would have preferred for breakfast to have a better selection of bread, buns, and fruit.

Didn't have a spare comforter in the room. No restaurant on site. The closest within walking distance, is an Italian restaurant and that's no good if you don't want Italian. Beach is not within walking distance.
