This was my review: "You can't do too much better because you're doing extremely well. We enjoyed the ambience and the well kept rooms but most of all we enjoyed the breakfast which reminded me of the hospitality onr only finds only in Europe and in many parts of the United States. You need to advertise t your breakfast better so that people know what to expect... The so-called "Continental Breakfast" that other inn's offer isn't breakfast at all in my opinion. So I think it's important for you to distinguish yourselves from many other accommodations who offer far less hospitality, comfort, and a full hearty breakfast."

It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious as well as the hot tub area was spectacular and super clean! the lawn chairs out infront of the mountain view was absolutely amazing! the breakfast was also absolutely delicious by far the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had at any of our hotel stays! i also loved how the lobby had a weather chart to inform us of that days weather! we loved revelstoke and can’t wait to come back and stay at stoke hotel!

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we were hoping it would be but the rest of the amazing amenities made up for it!

This is a funky little property that has gone the extra mile to make what could be an ordinary room and stay seem out of the ordinary. Great updates and decor, small touches like the ear plugs, pet welcome package, and all you would expect in a room but for a really reasonable price. I paid much more for lesser quality rooms on my road trip. Best free hotel breakfast i have had. staff was great.

if you are a light sleeper, the trains and highway noise can be heard. And the a/c unit was noisy. Hence the earplugs i think. Fourtunately, I am not a light sleeper and it didn't bother me.

Rooms are comfortable (standard two queens with bathroom). Breakfast is fantastic: hot eggs, potatoes and meat (bacon or sausage), waffle machine, yogurt , pastries, fruit, coffee, hot and cold cereals. Also has cookies and sweet breads that you can take with you for a snack later. Made sandwiches from the bread and pb, jam, Nutella for ski day in the mountain. Hot tub is HOT (so nice after a day of skiing). Free shuttle into town at night (starting at 5:30pm) and free shuttle to ski resort (walk 4 min to hotel next door to pick up shuttle).

Except for the general manager who did not return my 5 or more phone calls, the staff were fabulous. They were all kind and courteous and made me and my small dog feel most welcome! The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. A bit of overhead noise in the morning. Breakfasts were great! Hot and cold breakfasts offered. Staff were super attentive. Very well run hotel. I will stay there again.

The general manager should have returned my phone calls!!! I called him many times the day before trying to discuss cancelling my second night due to family asking me to stay over with them that night. Booking.com said I should be able to work the issue out with the hotel but the general manager was impossible to get hold of. I gave up and stayed both nights at the hotel. The saving grace was the rest of the staff who were beyond all expectations incredibly kind and courteous. A special shout out to the woman who runs the morning breakfast! A small point but the owner should clean the outside windows of the dining room. Some early morning noise in the room above was a bit annoying. Otherwise, all great!

The breakfast was the weak link. As it is free it was probably within a budget? Perhaps there could be an option to pay for fresh fruit, local bakery products better quality coffee. Revelstoke has excellent coffee shops that could supply coffee and muffins at a separate charge. The staff are friendly and informed. The rooms exceptionally clean. Asa budget hotel this is a great choice

The location is close to the highway . There is nothing that can be done about this. For the price this hotel is a great choice. Noisy air conditioners. Again nothing that the hotel can do about this, the rac was needed

Awesome breakfast with so many selections and to go bags, very professional staff. Great outdoor hot tub (sadly I ended up with a rash all over my body after the hot tub, it wasn’t an isolated incident because it happened both nights we used the hot tub. No idea what caused it but it was right after getting out both times)

Bedsheets with stains, floors dirty (minor garbage along the bed, needed a better vacuuming. Walls are thin, easy to hear other people talking/ walking (if you are on the lower floors). Rooms facing to highway had lots of noise, rooms facing inward to hot tub also loud when large groups are using the hot tub (closes at 10pm). Recommend requesting room on the far backside upper level to avoid this. Cold shower that first night, could have been a peak time?

This is a quirky hotel tucked away near the river. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the rooms since the exterior is so unique looking (painted black, it’s almost like an English Inn). The room was so cute! Love the blue accents. Nice big fridge. And even a microwave! I didn’t realize breakfast was included and it was excellent. Very nice dining room with booths and big windows. Everything was very clean. The front desk staff were super kind and helpful!

I’d suggest a side table on both sides of the bed, with USB inputs or plugs.

The room was wonderful... gorgeous view of mountain. Breakfast was outstanding! We missed our first night of lodging due to very late train arrival (had to stay in Kamloops overnight), and front desk personnel was so accommodating when we finally arrived the next morning. Kept the room key sleeve so we can book here when we come back to Revelstoke. Best hotel stay we've had in years.

Ice machine was broken. (We use a lot of ice since we general spend our time out hiking/ seeing the sites.)

Very cute hotel. Breakfast beat expectation with multiple options to choose from and very cute breakfast area. Friendly staff. Nice hot tub. Room was clean and they have done some updates to the hotel. It was a little noisy and there are some bright lights shining all night if you are facing the courtyard and although they have blackout blinds, it still snuck around the sides making the room fairly bright still. Would definitely stay again. Good deal for your money and comfortable.
