Comfortable room, all of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast is fine: it's the same kind of pre-made omelettes and pancakes on paper plates that's become the standard offering at hotels like this. (It seems a shame to generate so much garbage every morning, but I guess it means less overhead for them since they're not having to wash dishes.)

The hotel's listing says it has EV chargers, but they don't work (screens weren't powered up, and the QR code takes you to a website that doesn't have any instructions for using the chargers). That was the only major disappointment: the other issues were that the bathroom floor had quite a lot of long hair on it and had clearly not been swept, and the pool was closed for cleaning.

Great location, and nice to have a simple breakfast before heading out on the road. Great staff watching the tables and food prep.

Heather, at the front desk when we checked in was totally awesome! After we checked in, got settled we came down to go for dinner. Heather noticed us and asked if we had anywhere in mind, we didn’t. She mentioned The Wharf by the Prestige Hotel, and The Brix Pub! Excellent night, and we would have never known about that place before!! 😊😊

Exceptional hotel! Our 2 queen bed room was spotless and very comfortable. Some details - that I assume a woman came up with 😉👍 - were appreciated such as the shelves below the sink in the bathroom, the extra sink and mirror outside the bathroom and the full length mirror. There were 2 plug in receptacles on the large night stand and the bed, pillows and bedding were amazing! The delicious full hot breakfast that is included is easily worth $18.00 per person when factoring in the cost of the room. We did not use the pool or fitness center but you can see them through the windows and they too looked clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet was very low so if that is a problem ask for a disabled room.

Breakfast was great and went slightly pasted 9:30am to ensure everyone was fed good fresh good. Very friendly prep/serving staff. Loved the access to pool and hottub. Very kind to offer another key when locked out of hotel. Free coffee and tea all day. Good explanations from front desk on directions and expectations. Amazing visit. I deleted my booking by accident online and comfort inn was still able to accommodate me at a very decent price.

Water slide is quite fast - Under 100lbs people is probably safest.

The staff are amazing and accommodating. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable, the pool and slide are clean and a ton of fun.

I wish it was a little less expensive, however the rates are on par with all of the hotels in the area, and I feel that the Comfort Inn is the nicest one to stay at, so the prices aren't really bad. I just wish the going rates were lower across the board.

Acceptance of very very late check in. Any staff I encountered were very friendly. The lady working in the breakfast area has the patience of a saint. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. Comfortable, quiet. The breakfast was much more than a usual continental breakfast. There were many choices both hot and cold. I didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or the gym, but both looked clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here. I will definitely stay in this hotel the next time I'm in Salmon Arm.

There was nothing I didn't like regarding the hotel. There was a man who was being rude to the breakfast attendant.

The location is great. The fact that they are a pet friendly facility is extremely important to me and accommodating. I will continue to book here because of this. When I checked out the staff member, whose name was Heather I believe, was personable, genuine and friendly. She is very good at her job.

The room was dated and I would like to see no carpet in the pet friendly rooms.

Nice room. The coffee tea and lemon water in the lobby very good. Also the best breakfast we have had in a hotel that was included in the room price.

We found it very noisy. We were on the top floor but at 1am we could hear the people below having a good loud time. Also we could hear the next doors conversation. ( they could have been talking loud i dont know)

Really liked how quick and easy check-in/out was. The breakfast was delicious! Love that this was included. The pool and waterslide were great, but it was closed for cleaning for an hour the morning we wanted to go swim after breakfast... and the hot tub was out of order as well as the pool bathroom. Would've been fantastic if not for these few things.

Pool was closed down on a Saturday morning at a prime time for about an hour. 9:00-10:00am *clean it when no one uses it (out of the operational hours or late/extra early). Hot tub wasn't working the Friday night or Saturday morning of our stay. Duper disappointed as this was one thing I was really looking forward to for my sore muscles, and my son loves going in it too in between pool swimming. Pool bathroom was out of order which is a pain when you have young kids.

The room was nice, clean. and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy for sleeping, and the pretend fireplace added some ambience. It was great that breakfast was included. The hotel is nicely located near a pub, restaurant, and groceries. The area is also quiet for sleeping.

The hotel was a bit sterile and could use some ambience re. decor. The heat in our room was turned off when we arrived so the room was cold. It took us awhile to figure out how to turn it on.
