Very convenient easy to find and close to farmers market and farm that we used to visit in Salmon arm. The hotel has everything we need pool, hot tub and continental breakfast although food selection is limited but it find still ok.

Unfortunately pool was too cold to swim longer. And their is no protein option for their continental breakfast I wish they could add some eggs or sausages to accompanied their waffles and toast.

This hotel is a little dated but the staff was friendly and the two rooms we booked were clean. It wasn’t really walkable to anywhere but Walmart so location wasn’t the best. Plus, for being a basic hotel, it was by far the most expensive place we stayed in 11 days of travel through BC and Alberta and that included Vancouver and Edmonton. I was surprised by the price but looking at other prices in Salmon Arm it was comparable.

Before we arrived, I received the same email 4 times making sure we had no pets even though we made that clear when booking.

For an older building it was in excellent condition, very clean, comfortable. Recommended by a friend, definitely recommend this to anyone travelling through.

Although there was a very good (food was great) Vietnamese restaurant right next door. it was the only choice for a meal due to the distance to other food places. OK if you are in a single vehicle but we were towing a large trailer. However, there is a new shopping center development within a 2 minute walk that will be great when opened.

The location is perfect it near the highway and our room is in the ground which is very accessible. We are staying just of a night to stop over for our long road trip. The room is equipt with microwave, fridge and toiletries. The staff is helpful too and attend to our needs.

Some parts of the room needs a little bit of touch up like the washroom but besides that the price is applicable for the type of accommodations.

Toiletries were great, especially the soap. Great to have a fridge microwave and coffee maker. It was as expected.

It’s the biggest thing that bothered me was the scratches on the door. It felt a little unnerving, and it would be great to have coated with some black paint. Coffee maker instructions could’ve been a little more explicit in terms of really putting the lid down tight in order to brew coffee. Otherwise, the coffee was good.

Would be nice to have indoor access to pool - or a change room in the pool area; older building that still needs touchups (paint on baseboards, main door with gaps around it so we could see light from outside - although it locked with no trouble)

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and I couldn't hear the person next door.

The open shower. I would prefer a door. Also a tub and shower combo would have been perfected. I also wish I would have been on the first floor. Although, I did not request, did ask when I checked in but unavailable.

The staff was very good...we had bought some meat products that had to be in the fridge and they were happy to put it away for us since our room had no fridge with a freezer compartment. Also appreciated that when we returned to our room the bed had been made and any garbage taken out.

Nice location. Easy checkin. Good breakfast for an early rise drive to our next location. Had cereal, tea, muffins, toast etc. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Room had a piece of garbage on the floor. It could have been very easily just been missed but was not a great first impression. Everything else was up to standard so an enjoyable stay overall.

Very clean room and an adequate breakfast. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked clean and the room was sunny and bright.

The room was exceptionally clean but somewhat dated. We were surprised by the price for a basic room but that’s perhaps the difference between rooms in BC and rooms in SK.
