Good size room, we were with 4 adults and had 2 queen beds, table with a chair and a desk with chair and a tv with a personal message 😀 We were able to park the car earlier than check in time. Very helpful and friendly staff! We were only there for 1 night but would like to stay there again!

It's not that I didn't like anything it was more that I wish they had an ingredient list of the shampoo/conditioner as I happen to have an macadamia allergy and the oil can be in those products but like I said, it was more that I wish it was visible on the bottle or written down somewhere instead of me spending time on the internet to look for the ingredients...

Location is great - right behind the Empress Hotel and next to the bus depot (we came over on the Connector Ferry/bus from Vancouver.) The suite was comfortable although the bedroom is a little tight to shimmy past the bed to the other side with only a 12 inch path. The living area was nice and roomy - and we had great views toward the water beyond the Empress Hotel. There is construction going on in front of the building and a giant crane right outside our window - so the banging during the day was a little noisy. Bed was very comfy.

Bathroom was a little small - would have loved to had a double sink and more storage.

It was a very pleasant stay, it has all the services you might need plus the amenities and I love how friendly and helpful all the staff were. It’s the most convenient location and love the classic Hilton comfy beds!

Minor detail but the coffee cups in our room one day for making our own coffee were dirty so feedback would be to look out for those small details when getting the rooms ready for the next guest.

Cool relaxing weather compared to temp at home in Cayman Islands mid 90s when I left.Love the friendly local staff but hv been here several times before in fact stayed here about 35-40 yrs ago in building right below Starbucks where garden is.Used to be a small hotel where we stayed while playing cricket at Beacon Hill

They were told when we checked in that we wanted to split the stay between me and my friend so we could each use our credit card. But when checking out they had already charged my friends card . Not even the card she wanted to use. The one only held for incidentals. We had extended stay so one day our cards to the room didn’t work

The best thing about this hotel is its location - right at the edge of downtown and close to the ferry terminal. The room was pretty good - comfortable bed, large TV, couch, nice city view, lots of power outlets, and a large bathroom with plenty of surface area. It was a bit tight - when one person sits by the desk/working area, the other has to jump over the bed to get from one side of the room to the other. A second chair for another person with a laptop is not really an option.

Breakfast was continental+ style - eggs, sausage, bacon, fruits, and porridge. I was expecting more for the price, like vegetables, more dairy options, etc. Also, I was under the impression that the hotel offers both self-parking and valet parking, but when I got there I was told that only valet parking is available.

the location of the property is great to downtown Victoria & harbor. Front staff & valet staff very friendly & helpful. Having a kitchen area in our suite was wonderful to have breakfast & snacks. Also within walking distance or a short drive to Beacon Hill park which is a must when visiting Victoria.

unfortunately we arrived later in the day because of travel & had to have a room on the side of the construction site & the large crane. It will be a shame once the 14 story building is built beside the hotel as all views will be gone the side facing the parliament buildings. Other than that it's a great hotel!

Beautiful hotel, great location to the Harbor and shopping. 8-10 min walk to the ferry. Rooms were modern and very comfortable. We stayed in a dog friendly room which was amazing to take our small dog and only have to pay $50+ tax for her stay. We’ve stayed here a few times and will return next year!

Loved my suite very much! Great location as you can walk around easily to shops, restaurants, and attractions! Breakfast was great! Cabs or Uber arrived in a timely fashion. Didn't have to wait long! Loved the secured elevator where a room key was necessary to go up to the guest rooms! Felt safer!

There wasn't anything I didn't like! Loved everything about the hotel and what it had to offer!

Lovely clean and spacious rooms. Friendly, efficient staff from valet staff to check in staff. Liked the welcome cookies, quick valet service and the room was really spacious and clean. Central location was good!

Slightly more expensive than we would have liked.
