Accesible location, amenities are good. Pool area includes a playplace for kids and other types of recreation/games, wide parking lot, room's clean altho a little bit tight.

No stairs so need elevator all the time, one was out of order during our stay, we were just on the 2nd floor, minimum wait for elevator use is about 3-5 mins. Husband slipped on the bathtub almost broke a rib 😔, coffee maker shouldn't be in the bathroom 😬

the toiletries in dispensers were a resourceful and environmentally friendly the building had several fire safe features - the stair cases, the balconies, the suite was large, spacious and I loved the large table for six to have a family meal really enjoyed the fish tanks in the elevators (except for the dead fish in one of them, oops) room service meal was quick, efficient and delicious laundry room was clean and sufficient. (wish there was a change machine in the room)

only limited options for gluten free/celiac breakfast. just a suggestion, maybe add a hot chocolate for the Keurig machines in room,

The amenities and free breakfast with an actual hot breakfast were amazing. The location was great. Our kids loved the play park and pool. Loved the size of the fridge and having a microwave in the room.

The beds were not that comfy for me. We only had 3 towels in our room when there were 4 of us, which I thought was odd. Also, the rules for kids eating free should be 12 and under not 11 and under. My kids can't eat an adult breakfast, and it's a waste of food. My 12 year old ate off the kid menu anyway.

Great room, AMAZING pool and play area, room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the staff was lovely. A amazing hotel for families. I got to sit in a hot tub and watch my kids play it was great. I also feel like it was great value as we would pay a ton to play at a play place like that.

The facilities, pool and playground are great.Food was good as well, however waiting time was a bit long during breakfast.

The carpet was a bit dirty with stains. The door to the toilet is odd, impossible to use this room with kids and other guests and get some privacy.

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the that their is a climbing structure for kids and mom and dad can spend time in the pool and hot tub while still being able to supervise the kids

Next time I will ask for a room that has a window to the outside, our window was facing the indoor pool and when you looked out the first thing you see is a massive head from the play structure that can be creepy at night. I found the room was hot no matter how much we tried to cool it off. We even turned the heat off and the air on but it wasn't cool

The service and staff were exceptional. We ate breakfast in the restaurant daily. Great Breakfast selections on the menu. The portions were good and the food was great. We did have dinner in the lounge the evening before we left all menu items ordered was enjoyed by all. Also the children ate for free. That was an unexpected surprise. We were 4 adults and 3 children

We were pleased with the property No complaints at all.

The breakfast was really good, the staff was very accommodating and helped resolve an issue I had with mixing up my booking dates. The play center was phenomenal, our son loved it. The pool is nice as well! We'll definitely be booking there again when we come back! Also beds were comfy and the room was clean!!

Breakfast is great! Waitress are accomodating! Great location for our tour , very accessible to the zoo.Very clean , except for the carpet, look old & stained. We loved the bathroom & shower room…Bed is comfortable & pillows , very relaxing …needed a new tv , looks old, picture is not clear.We love the swimming pool, hot tub …kids friendly, guess their main attraction & very safe for the kids…the sliding cabinet in the washroom needs a stopper coz it cause accident if you are not careful in closing this cabinet!!!however , we like this hotel…i recommend to family esp.with small kids!!

Breakfast always very satisfying, Waitstaff is excellent as is the front desk staff.

The sliding door for the bathroom/closet to too noisy as it rumbles along its tracks and so heavy it crashes into the wall.
