Friendly staff Meg at reception especially. Close to the airport Cooking facilities incl fridge/freezer stove top cooking utensils coffee maker, toaster all inclusive. Large room comfortable with A/Cond. Especially liked the bath/shower with handrails. Staff could not do enough to make a stay more easy.

No complaints would certainly book again when in town.

First few nights was quiet and comfortable

Neighbors moved in and started being loud, laughing loud and talking loud in the hallway outside of my room. I had to complain to the front desk twice for them to keep it down. I almost called the cops myself as they may have been drinking. This was the only downside to my stay and I was there for work. I had to be up the next morning after a sleepless night.

It was quiet, clean and the room was spacious. Included a small fridge/freezer, a two burner stove, dishwasher and microwave.

There was a fire in one of the suites. Unclear about evacuation but fire department responded quickly and communicated with us when they were able.

Rooms were clean and spacious and they were open with us having our dog. Full size fridges and cooktops in the suite rooms were fantastic.

It was a little out the way for us, a little harder to get too. The rooms were a little warm for us, even if we turned the air all the way down we were all still hot.

Size of my room and bed. Little kitchenette was a bonus.

Unable to open my window- had to have my RC constantly on. Pillows are small- cushion size . Was unable to take a bath- broken plag.

Rooms were large and comfortable

There was so much security. Not sure ,but must be to deter loitering and prevent non customers from eating the continental breakfast and using the facilities.

This hotel is close to the airport and has what is needed for a one night stay. Did not have the opportunity to use the kitchen but if staying longer, it appeared to have everything I would have needed. Pleasant, helpful staff and comfortable room (surprisingly comfortable hide-a-bed) near the airport with easy access to main roads to leave the city.

Would have liked to have seen a recycling bin near the breakfast area.

Room was clean - bed comfy. Didn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Great location. Easy Uber to close restaurants. Nice to have kitchenette so ordered in.

Continental breakfast was odd. Not a lot of choices and shuts down at 9am - seems a bit early. However this hotel seems to be more of a long term stay concept so that may work for that.

The staff were so helpful. We had a few questions and requests and each time they helped out happily.

Too far from restaurants, with nothing on site. Taxis to go everywhere

We had a queen suite and were beautiful and spacious, the beds were so comfortable and my 16 year old said the pull out couch was the most comfortable couch she’s ever slept on.

The neighborhood didn’t feel the safest, but not the hotels fault by any means.
